I ordered the sport waist trainer from this website a few months ago and when it arrived, it broke within 3 DAYS of using it. I emailed them proof that it was faulty and they offered to send me a replacement that never came. A month later, I emailed them back asking where my replacement was and they said they were going to send a 'new replacement' meaning the first one was never sent. Now, after another month of waiting for a replacement, I am trying to request my money back and they are denying me a refund. Horrid customer service.

Order came over a week later than expected. I also had to chase for a response and was then promised a partial refund for the delay (they never followed through on this).

The product itself is good though.

Ordered a waist trainer 3 weeks ago and still haven't received item. They gave me a tracking number that leads to a Chinese website and no further information.

I've emailed them twice today, as well as spoke to the chatbots on their website but no response.

I'm now looking to be refunded as I believe I have been scammed.

A huge thank you to the customer service team and in specific Jessa and John.

Recently ordered an item as a present and upon arrival it appeared damaged.

The Prowaist team very quickly investigated and sent a replacement which arrived 72 hours later.

Not only were they professional and courteous throughout, they spared me the hassle of having to repack and ship the original which could have been tricky under current lockdown conditions.

And I am reliably informed the new product is fantastic.

AVOID! Just had a terrible experience with this company. Had a cheap plastic item sent in error, took weeks to get a response and since have had no communication and my original order has still not been sent.

Now claiming money back using Credit Card Chargeback.

Update - only just seen the reply to this! What a load of rubbish! Took ages to sort this problem out so don’t start saying this is a fake experience!

The item ordered, a waist cincher, reduced from £89 to £67.00. I had high expectations especially given the all the fabulous reviews.

The item when it finally arrived
a) smelt funny, like oil.
b) The purported waist slimming 1 to 4 inches, no way! the fabric isn't strong enough and is not the high value garment I was expecting, it looks like it should be £5, no more.
c) Is not fit for purpose - it's designed to be worn under clothes and is a full body garment. If you want to go to the loo, you'd need to strip off completely!

So I wanted to return it. They didn't reply to my email, so I contacted them through PayPal, and they replied! Agreed to the refund but wanted to know why I was returning it, I gave the reasons above. 10 days later still no reply, so I messaged them through PayPal again. They replied and offered me a £40 corset instead of a refund... offer refused, not only do I want more rubbish "shapewear" taking up space in my home, I want my money back whether they want their item back or not. And once again, they haven't replied.

Now we're at checkmate

UPDATE: Prowaist tried to get my review removed, saying I was a bogus reviewer; as you can see, Trustpilot have verified me after I showed them documental evidence of my purchase.

I suggest you read all the reviews from GB, as there seems to be a lot of us who have the same buying experience.

Edit 29/08/21 I reported a lot of foreign reviews for this company, which were finally removed as they had obviously been paid for, but there are a number of reviews around Jan 2021 giving Prowaist 5 stars, but strangely they refer to an app. Prowaist supplies underwear so it looks like their paid reviewers are confused as to what they were being paid to review! I reported all the bogus reviews to Trustpilot back in April, so one has to wonder about Trustpilots integrity that they still haven’t been removed yet. If they were removed, it would probably drop Prowaist’s average reading to just over 1 star which from my experience, and from reading all the real reviews would be more accurate.

Update - the order eventually arrived!

Please do not use this site or company. I ordered waist trainer. The tracking number told me it had been delivered to Stockport. I live in North Wales. After 6 emails the customer services told me they had sent another (no tracking number). It is now a week later and still no product has arrived!

I Have been contacted by a manager following this review and have provided the order number as requested and have heard nothing from them since. I have offered copies of all correspondence (emails etc) where I have reported that the item has not arrived, where they have said they would resend the item, where I have requested the tracking number for this as per advice from trading standards. To date heard nothing from the manager since the request.

Placed my order a week ago and have had no confirmation email or dispatch notification. Have emailed and tried live chat. Can someone please get in touch?

I received my waistband in about 8 days to the Netherlands.
It's as described and the quality of the item is really good! I can recommend this over any other company selling this.

The customer service is awful, I ordered my waist trainer in a size to big so I sent it back and have email them countless times, and have heard back nothing, I spent £50 on a something I can’t seem to get🤷🏼‍♀️

My order took 3 weeks to arrive. when it finally came it was the wrong size. i have sent several emails but no there has been no response!!. i am now expected to post the item back to china. Terrible service. They pose as a British company with 5-7 working days for delivery but that's a complete lie. I really regret buying from them... the quality is also really bad. I've lost my money. If i could give them a zero i could!!

Also if you have an issue or want to return your order you can forget about it because no one responds.

Never received the item I ordered, they ignore my emails sent me fake tracking details, refuse to give me my money back. I would advise no one to ever order from this website, as I think fraudulent activity is happening

I have had the worst experience with this company. Its not even worth a star, DO NOT BUY FROM PROWAIST. I ordered two items and the sizes are completely off so I sent back one of my items the body suit for a swap and they are ignoring my emails and given me no support in the matter. I have paid for an item I will never use and its not cheap. The customer service is poor. The gym waist belt trainer has been worn lightly at work and its its cheaply made! It certainly wont last a year. I am disgusted and left really disappointed. The best they could do is give me my money back? If you have to ever send back an item gather as much evidence otherwise they will rob you blind.
