Supplement did not do anything
I'm trying to get a refund.i will report them

This product did not work for me and I followed the return instructions. I have not received my refund and feel this company is a big scam. I do not know how to proceed. They will not answer my emails or phone calls. The PROZENITH COMPANY makes promises and guarantees that is FALSE!

I fell for the scam like everyone else. And I took the required dosage faithfully. Not only did I not lose weight, I began losing hair like mad. And I kept losing hair for months. It just came out by the roots. I looked at the ingredients of course, and then I looked at the quantity of turmeric in each pill. It was 600 mg in each pill times 2 pills a day, which is 1200 mg of turmeric per day!!
I took Prozenith from September to November. Then, I stopped taking Prozenith, but my hair keeps falling out. I hope and PRAY that this is temporary. We shall see…

Received product from Prozenith in Aug 2025 used for month & nothing was working. Contacted Prozenith to get return address after submitting 3 times their questionnaire Prozenith sent me an address. I wanted to be sure they received product well before 60 days due to Prozenith not wanting to work with me. I received proof of delivery 9/24/25 & contacted Prozenith & it is now going on 4 months since I returned the product. I was finally given a phone # but the message stated due to covid the staff has been cut so I left a message & no one has returned my call. I found a # for ClickBank.com who handles charges for various companies which also I found out that they knew Prozeinth hsd doubled my order that's another story. All click bank could do was send Prozenith my request for refund but they showed I was not eligible for refund as I was past 60 days. I would have to wait on Prozenith to evaluate but I already know where this will go kiss my $566 good bye. Stay away from Prozenith & if they use Clickbank run & do a search for reviews for a better company!!

I am SO MAD at myself!!! I'm a baby boomer, on a fixed income...old school...never read or wrote a review EVER!! I am an old-school IDIOT!! I fell for that sappy, adoring wife, gazing lovingly at her rip-off scam-artist "Dr" husband of hers, while he lied on and on about the miraculous results of their rip-off product in their on-line video...what a FOOL I am to fall for that crap!! Grrrrrrrr!! I, like the fool that I am, spent $500!!! of my precious $, believing the hoax!! Was I born yesterday?? I must've just fallen off the turnip truck!! And Prozenith?!?! We (my long-time honey) and I took it religiously, just as directed, for several weeks...and guess what?!?! WE GAINED WEIGHT!?!? And forget working with Prozenith, trying to get your $ back...that ain't happening, either! Repeated phone calls, emails...all a joke!! Let's start a class-action suit, huh guys? I am an IDIOT!! Buyer beware!! Total, outrageous SCAM!!!!GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

Items never received. Their chats seemed OK when asked. So, when I tried to cancel online, I kept getting the run-around. At the end, it said that I would get a refund in about a month or so "after" they get the returned items back. It was the only way to submit for a refund request. Since they had no provision for missed items, they essentially refused to refund. Of course, there is no response since.

I returned all bottles of Prozenith unopened and within the 60 days required and paid for shipping. I have not received a refund after 4 emails to customer support. I received a note saying that all of the bottles had been received and I would be issued a refund shortly. That was 2 months ago and no further response despite sending more inquiries. Feeling like I have been scammed and will continue reporting this issue.

My mom got this, and it caused her diverticulosis to flair up (black pepper is dangerous for that issue), but it worked WONDERFULLY for my wife’s knee issues. This company should rebrand. They’re spending money on a diet pill that is an anti inflammatory.

It did not work. Asked for a refund and kept receiving an email that my order was being shipped. I don’t want to see this product out anymore to deceive people. It needs to be shutdown asap!

I ordered 6 bottles of Prozenith on 7/21/25. Emailed on 8/29/25 that it was not working after I used the 1st bottle for 30 days. Emailed again on 9/6/25 & 9/19/25. I got a reply on 9/19/25 and that was on day 59 before the 60 day refund. I called Customer Service on 9/27/25 and they said to check Spam. Sure enough, it was in my Spam box on 9/19/25, day 59. They sent me a link and I filled it out. The 27th was on Saturday. They gave me a 'Refund Request Submitted' with the return address. I went to the Post Office on Monday 9/29/25 and mailed it to the return address. They said it would take 60 days for the refund. I have not heard anything and no refund to my credit card. I emailed on 12/3/25 about the refund again and no response. I called the Customer Service # and they are worthless. This Company is a scam. You should not be advertising and say you can get a refund and not honor your word.

The ingredients are tumeric only. It's not a weight loss supplements. Please respond ASAP and refund my money. Total scam

I could not take prozenith based on my Doctor. I did get a refund from Prozenith but the real money part was ocean skin, gut and heart health supplements that they sell to go with it I did everything they said and got the run a round cost me $1400.00 total scam.
Been trying since July 2025 for refund

This is a total scam. I purchased 6 bottles . Was excited about seeing Oprah Winfrey and thought I would try it. Mainly because it guaranteed your money back if not satisfied. I received my order and started using the product. Immediately, I notice the supplement made me hungry and ate more than I ever did. I started picking up weight instead of losing weight. I then let my grown daughter try it. The same thing happens to her. Do not buy this product. This is a scam. Out of $300 and unable to return the product.

I ordered in July 2025. I didn't want to pay 49$ a bottle for turmeric. I sent them back in early August. I have been trying to get a refund ever since. I have had to jump through hoops with customer service. Taking surveys, video surveys, countless emails. They offered me 30% if I kept the product. They also used ai of Oprah endorsing their product. I talked to customer service today and they said it will be another 2 months before I receive a refund. That's 6 months waiting. So much for the guaranteed refund. This is a scam.

Like so many others, I was scammed by this product. And all the while trusting the recommendation from Oprah Winfrey. Big mistake! This is a total scam, and when you try to return for a refund, you will get the total runaround--no reply from Prozenith whatsoever and an AI email from Cartpanda. I had ALL the required docs and information to substantiate my refund claim, but I got one excuse after another. I finally had to stop for my mental well-being. Lesson learned--never purchase from an online store that hasn't been vetted. That knowledge isn't worth $300., but it's all I now have.

Complete and total SCAM. I have been trying for over 6 weeks to help my mom get her money refunded. The product that was sent to her was not as advertised so it was returned within 24 hours of her receiving it. The return was received by their returns department (they have confirmed this) in August and told her the refund would be processed within 30 days. That has not happened and getting a response of any value is a joke.
1 - The ingredients listed on the bottle were not the ingredients listed on the website OR as described in the advertising video. What was received was basically 100% an ingredient that was not even mentioned on the website or in the advertising.
2 - This company uses manipulated media from the Oprah podcast on YouTube in their advertising. It's clever, but easily spotted if you know what you are looking for. They make it look like Ms Winfrey is promoting their product and that is simply NOT the case. The podcast episode they are coveting does not even mention this product, or the so called "pink salt trick." I watched the actual podcast episode from start to finish.
3 - Their product may be manufactured in an FDA-registered facility, it is by no means “FDA approved,” as boldly stated on their website. This is according to the FDA. Their product is not in their database at all.
4 - "Laura" from Customer Service cannot possible be a real human. All responses to emails have occurred within minutes of my mom's email being sent to them, and one of this emails was rather lengthy. Initially I thought they were responding with scripted replies, but now I am convinced it is AI, or something similar.
5 - This company is a prime example of everything that is wrong with the supplement industry. They have no moral compass and should be ashamed that they have built a business off of taking advantage of people's trust and scamming them out of their money.

I was trying to find this “pink salt “ trick and every website led you to a VERY long “scientific “ story of how they worked on it in a lab-should have been a clue, with these special plants you could not get and probably don’t exist. My opinion of Winfrey has dropped to -0, what a fraud. They never do get to the pink salt recipe. In the words of PT Barnum “ there is a sucker born every minute and the biggest one is me. I am 79 and should know by now there is no pill foe weight loss. I have just been trying so hard. I really couldn’t afford to lose all the Monet 6 bottles cost. I looked at rhe ingredients and it is nothing described on the video - just turmeric and salt. What a rip off.,,,

Scam, paid 300.00 for six bottles, does nothing. Huge scam. Shame on those people

I wish I could put zero stars. I spent $350 on this with absolutely no results. The hype was incredible after I paid the prize they wanted to add one thing after the other. If I had known I needed those other things I would’ve never bought the first one. It’s a scam, pure and simple and a waste of my money that I could not afford to waste praying on people’s emotions that really need to lose weight and have trouble doing so.

Prozenith didn’t work for my wife and I. The website works to get you to buy large quantities at a big discount but I warn you tat their refund policy is only 60 days. If they stood by their product they would honor a valid complaint. Jut another company trying to sell pills that don’t work. Beware.
