We understand that you had a frustrating experience, and we’re glad that the issue was eventually resolved and your service was activated.

However, we would like to clarify a few things. We have been operating online for more than **7 years**, and I personally handle a large number of customer-related issues every day. If we only responded to customers when they posted a public review, as you suggested, you would see hundreds of similar reviews and responses here every day. That simply isn’t the case.

Every day, hundreds of users sign up and use our services. Only a very small number of customers occasionally face payment or account-related issues, and we do our best to handle those cases properly and provide a solution.

In your case, your payment record was unfortunately lost because of an ETH payment system issue. Once we became aware of the situation, your account was manually activated with a **30-day Lite plan**, and you received the service you paid for.

We respect your right to leave an honest review, and we are not asking you to hide your experience. At the same time, we hope you understand that leaving a very serious public statement such as calling a long-running business a “scam” can have a significant impact on our reputation, especially when the actual issue was eventually resolved.

We cannot delete or edit Trustpilot reviews, so every review remains visible publicly. That is why we always try to treat customer complaints seriously and resolve them fairly.

We appreciate your feedback, but we also hope you can consider the full situation and the fact that your service was ultimately provided. A negative review may cost the customer nothing, but it can hurt the reputation we have spent **7+ years building**.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. However, we take claims like this very seriously because our website has been operating for over 7 years, serving thousands of users, and we have never received any verified reports that our downloads contain malware or are responsible for compromising users' accounts.

Every file uploaded to our website is scanned before it is published. If a file from our site were actually infected, it would have affected many other users as well, yet we have not seen any similar reports.

If you genuinely believe your system was infected by a file downloaded from our website, please provide evidence. We ask that you:

Record a video showing you downloading the file directly from our website.
Show the downloaded file being scanned by a reputable antivirus or malware scanner.
Demonstrate how you determined that the file is responsible for the infection.
Upload the video to YouTube (or another public platform) and share the link in your reply or update this review.

Without any evidence, this appears to be an unverified allegation that could mislead other users. If you cannot provide proof, we kindly ask that you remove or update your review accordingly.

We are always willing to investigate legitimate security concerns, and if any issue is found, we will address it immediately. We simply ask that claims of this nature be supported with verifiable evidence.
