Parker Smith Inclusion have been very proactive and friendly throughout the development of my professional journey. Faye, Nicola and Katie are wonderful members of the team who are all lovely and have communicated well to make my experience easy and straightforward.

Caitlin and Daniel were very professional and quick in dealing with my application to get me into a school.

Have been with Parker Smith Inclusion for a few months now, and they have been so helpful. They clearly know what they are doing and are very quick at their job! I'm currently in a role and gaining experience thanks to them.
I would also like to thank Faye, especially, as she has been wonderful to work with and has always been helpful. I highly recommend Parker Smith if you want to work in SEN!

At all times the staff at Parker Smith Inclusion have been incredibly friendly, helpful and responsive.

I have been working closely with Katie and Elise who have secured me with a great short-term position, which is exactly what I was looking for. They were communicative and transparent throughout the whole process and responded to my (often multiple) e-mails and messages promptly! Also super cheerful and warm to speak to. Would 100% recommend.

From start to finish, both FAYE and NICOLA have been nothing short of amazing. They are not only excellent at what they do, but also genuinely lovely and down to earth, which instantly made me feel safe and at ease throughout the whole process.

Their support, communication, and genuine care are second to none. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Faye was absolutely integral in helping me secure my new role. A beautiful heart with so much zeal and passion for what she does. She took the time to really listen and understand what I needed, and she went above and beyond; even checking in outside of her work hours just to reassure me and update me along the way. Very rare. Within a week, she had found me a job I didn’t even know existed, which was exactly the right fit. She guided me through every step, preparing me with all the details, speaking with me on the day of my interview to calm my nerves, and checking in afterwards to make sure I was okay. Her attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. I got the job offer on the same day!!! Excited!!!

Nicola was just as integral in making the transition smooth. She was thorough, reliable, and consistent in handling everything needed to actually get me into work. Her communication was excellent, and she made sure I always knew what was happening. She tied up every detail and ensured nothing was overlooked, which gave me complete peace of mind. She followed up and was very thorough to be cleared to work.

Even when I made things tricky with my phone on “Do Not Disturb,” both Faye and Nicola pushed through to keep me updated, proving just how committed they were to supporting me. Their persistence, professionalism, and warmth turned what could have been a stressful process into a truly beautiful and uplifting experience.

They are a great team: the best of the best. I’m forever grateful for everything they’ve done for me and already find myself recommending them specifically to others. Their support, kindness, and professionalism have been life-changing.

This agency has been amazing! Caitlin especially has been so supportive from the start - always keeping me updated and guiding me through every step. It’s made the whole process of finding SEN roles much easier, and less overwhelming.

Caitlin is an absolute angel. This is my first experience with Parker Smith Inclusion and it was an amazing one. Caitlin found me an lovely school only 15 minutes away from my house. She walked me through every step, took her time to make sure I had all the correct documents and said I could call her if I needed anything.

My experience with Parker Smith Inclusion has been excellent. They have been extremely helpful and always ensure I am kept up to date with any information I need to provide. Both Faye and Katie have been absolutely amazing, they are polite, approachable, and genuinely supportive. They regularly check in to see how I am doing and go above and beyond to find roles that suit my criteria. Their professionalism and kindness have made the whole process stress-free, and I honestly wouldn’t have found my current job without their help. I’m very grateful for their guidance and the personal care they put into everything.

Parker Inclusion, in particular Caitlyn, have been amazing at getting me set up and placed in a school. They took on board my goals and what I said I wanted to achieve in my career, involving the type of school I was interested in working in. Caitlyn was amazing at staying in contact and keeping me updated as my file got completed for work. As soon as the Autumn term started in September, I was given a trial day in a school on my first available day to work. The whole process was easy, and I felt comfortable asking Caitlyn any questions in which she answered clearly to prepare me for the trail day. They gave me opportunity to explore different schools, in which I could find the best setting for myself. After a trial day or interview, Caitlyn was straight away at the end of the line asking how it went and for all the feedback. I would recommend Parker Inclusion for anyone looking to work in SEND and SEMH settings. The experience you will gain is amazing for any Psychology graduates, like myself and to better your career.

Katie is friendly and professional, she was able to match me with a position very quickly.

Both Holly and Katie were extremely proactive in getting me placed in a school that aligned with my future career goals, and very transparent in the placement process. They have really made me feel considered and supported throughout the entire process.

I've had a great experience with Parker Smith Inclusion. the team has been professional, supportive, and very responsive throughout the process. they helped me with compliance and training, and helped me secure a role that suits me. communication has been excellent and I always felt supported. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking to work in education.

Caitlin has helped me settle down in my role as a teaching assistant, she’s not just helped me land my role but she’s been a great support to me and although we have never have met in person she has felt and been such a great friend. She is very attentive and listens to requests and the roles that I was initially looking at, even throughout summer holidays as the schools were shut she was still looking and supporting me, and she did reassure me that we will find the best role for me! She has been a great help and Parker Smith Inclusion is so lucky to have her! Anyone looking for a role in teaching or similar job roles, she is your person!

A really lovely team – it was a pleasure having them in our venue, and we’d be delighted to welcome them back anytime.

Sold the dream, made to do exams test zooms calls get references for there to be no communication and no jobs in the end. I’ve dealt with 4 or 5 different staff members now and all stop replying after one or 2 messages. I left my job for the job role I was was available for it to be gone yet nothing else available for almost 8 months now. Still sending me emails of jobs yet not getting back to me. Zero stars worst agency ever. CAITLIN likes to hide and not awnser calls as well as brooklin, so if your thinking of going this agency don’t bother.

I want to write this review for Emilie and Nicola, These ladies helped me secure my dream job within a week. Both was so friendly and supportive and gave me the confidence I lacked.

Humans like this do not come often enough. I could be honest and myself. They made me feel like I was chatting with friends, This is exactly what I needed.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Signed up with Parker smith inclusion months ago left my job for the job I was promised and I was left completely f over when after weeks of chasing them around told the job has gone, I went on to email the school direct to find out there were in fact still vacancies. Payed for DBS through them didn’t get them money back because you can only recover it once you have worked with them. Was given a list of loads of possible schools to start at then suddenly they had nothing. Months of lies and misleading. Months with out an income because of there selfish communication would NOT recommend signing up they just leave you to struggle Caitlin stopped awnsering my calls and emails yet contiued to post jobs on indeed. I’m sure this is a law suit
