I invite you to explore, transform, and step into the life you truly want to create. We treat all presenting mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma related distress. Our Psychology specialist also receives many clients with Autism (ASD) and ADHD in Children aged 8yo and Adults. Diagnosis assessments, including intellectual and cognitive functional, and behavioural assessments are offered. MBS approved and NDIS available.

Caring, patient and kind

Both myself and my son have been seeing Ben regularly.

From myself: Ben is genuinely caring. He has supported me through tough issues. I trust him and would recommend him to anyone needing support.

From my 12 year old son:
I would recommend Ben because he is really nice and patient even when I am being difficult. He tries to help me. He's good at helping me deal with problems like socially or anything else. His sessions are engaging, he always seems to know what is best for me and gives me lots of strategies on how to cope, help or fix a problem that I have told him about.

I feel very grateful to have found this


I feel very grateful to have found this psychologist. From the first session he was warm, calm and reassuring. I was quite anxious about whether a psychologist would be the right fit for me, and he immediately put me at ease by saying that if he felt we weren’t the right match he would help refer me to someone else. That honesty made it much easier to trust the process.

Each session was incredibly valuable. I felt that I learnt something new every time and was able to move forward much faster than I expected. He was open, direct and very thoughtful, which helped me feel comfortable sharing things I never thought I would be able to talk about.

What also stood out was the effort he put in between sessions. He would send helpful information and resources that showed how much thought and care he was putting into helping me. It was clear that he had really considered my situation and was actively working to support my progress.

He genuinely loves the work he does and is clearly committed to continuing to learn and grow as a professional. I always felt that he cared deeply about helping his clients move forward.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, dedicated and compassionate psychologist.
