"Little did I know" is an interesting one… especially considering the previous free spins offers you've used were also credited as bonus funds. This isn't something new or hidden.

It's also clearly stated in the terms "Winnings from free spins are granted as a bonus. The bonus must be wagered 10x before players can withdraw winnings or transfer money to the live casino unless stated otherwise."

As for the verification, we do carry out electronic checks in most cases, but sometimes a manual review is required. In your case, the account was flagged for a name check due to certain triggers, which is why additional documents were requested.
We have also provided you with alternatives in case you no longer have the cards requested.

And just to be clear, your £30 isn't being "held hostage". It's pending verification. Once the checks are completed, it can be processed.

First of all, we do not create the games, and we do not control the outcomes. All games are supplied by third-party providers.

Now that we've got that out of the way, let's take a look at your gameplay, shall we?

You played two games in total. Buffalo King Megaways and Christmas Carol Megaways. Both highly volatile.
You did 191 spins on one and 355 on the other.

For context, those games have feature hit frequencies of around 1 in 400+ spins.
Wins of 1000x or more? Roughly 1 in 75,000 spins.

If you have an issue with that, that's fair, but the feedback is aimed at the wrong people. Pragmatic created the games and the algorithms, not us.

As for your data, yes, we retain it for a minimum of 5 years after closure.
That's not us being difficult, that's a legal requirement to comply with AML laws and social responsibility codes

I mean, imagine if we deleted data on request immediately, things like self-exclusion would become meaningless. That's not how it works.

You didn't select the "£10 free bet" when you deposited, and you didn't opt in for marketing or sports bonuses either, so you were never eligible for it in the first place. Pretty straightforward.

So no, you weren't "fobbed off", you just didn't meet the requirements.

And calling support "rude unhelpful bots" is a bit rich, considering they were polite and only explained this to you.
You, on the other hand, went with "bunch of cunts!!!" and "Stick your sorry".

Hypocrisy at its finest. 😅

If it's no longer feeling fun, then you absolutely made the right decision to self-exclude. I 100% back that decision.

That said, the "only won £80" isn't quite accurate. A more correct way to put it would be that you only withdrew £80.
Looking at your gameplay, there were several times where your balance was significantly higher than your deposits (for example turning £10 into £111), but those balances were played down rather than withdrawn.

That happened more than once, so overall it's not really a case of "never winning", more a case of not cashing out when in profit.

Gambling is still chance based at the end of the day, but knowing when to stop is just as important.

Sorry to hear about the delay with your withdrawal. Most of the time, KYC is completed electronically, but in some cases (which we can't always predict in advance), a manual review is needed, for example with certain payment flags or transaction checks.
