SCAM and Wasting time
I had a bad experience with Pubfuture and want to warn others about it.
First, it looks like the platform is a scam. They promised a lot of money and steady traffic, but none of that happened. I followed their instructions and provided everything they asked for, but I saw no results.
The manager was also unhelpful. When I contacted them for support, I didn’t get clear answers. It felt like they didn’t care about fixing the problem and just made excuses.
Another issue was the traffic. It was very unstable and all over the place. Instead of consistent traffic, I got random and unreliable numbers, making it impossible to trust the platform.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Pubfuture. It's a scam, and the manager is not helpful. There are better platforms out there.
I am extremely disappointed with your response time and the overall handling of my account. After five months, I finally received a reply, which is not acceptable. You are not a massive company like Google, so I don’t understand why your support is so unresponsive.
You closed my second site due to what you claim was "invalid traffic," yet your account manager failed to respond to my repeated emails and Skype messages. When they finally replied, they gave excuses like “Skype was not working,” which is unacceptable for a professional setup.
Moreover, you stated that due to invalid traffic, payments were refunded to advertisers. However, this is misleading — those funds are returned to your company account, not directly to the advertisers. This is not transparent and feels dishonest.
There are also serious issues with your dashboard. It only updates after I speak to a manager — otherwise, it remains unchanged for 2–3 days. If your system is truly automated and fair, why does it only update after manual intervention?
You claim an 80/20 profit split, but in reality, if I earn $100, your share appears to be $50 — which means you're taking 50%, not 20%. This again seems misleading.
This feedback is accurate and reflects my real experience. If you do not want to see more negative reviews, I suggest you fix these issues and improve communication and transparency first.
