Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Laughable professionalism. If you buy at a retail store you are not able to make exchange or returns at the store you have to go online. Over priced garbage. Only way I reached a human was through one of their Instagram page. Where I talked to a very condescending and passive aggressive little social media handler. I have read ALOT of other negative reviews. Reviews about how long the warranty program can take. Why would I not be able to return a product to a storefront with a receipt?

To clarify, while we always stand behind our products and offer warranty support for any qualifying issues, some retailers choose not to accept returns or offer in-store warranty services. This is ultimately at the discretion of the store where the item was purchased, and many retailers disclose these policies at the point of sale. That said, we’re always here to help and do our best to support customers through our online warranty program when issues arise.

We also want every interaction with our team to feel respectful and helpful, and we’re truly sorry if that wasn’t your experience when reaching out.

Muy decepcionante.

El puffco pivot 170 euros y no vale para nada...en la temperatura mas baja(luz blanca) el rosin y el wax se queman y saben a pipa quemada. Ademas el vapper solo con una calada està que arde, no lo puedes ni tener en la mano. Lo tenia cargado al maximo y en unas pocas caladas se ha quedado sin bateria. Muy mala experiencia.

Received no reply to emails about their product malfunction. Very unprofessional company that doesn’t stand by their product or provide customer service. Buyer beware !!

Sydnee at Puffco helped me and was awesome. My Peak Pro was having issues with the battery power after 15 months and it was covered 100%. It was a simple and easy process and I’m very satisfied with Puffco. I will continue to be a fan of their products and service!

First time ever having to deal with a…

First time ever having to deal with a malfunction issue , whether it’s my PuffCo Peak Pro or my original Peak OG, which by the way is still going strong . I’m having a battery issue with my PuffCo Peak Pro. I made contact this morning via app and was told right away that my device qualified for warranty replacement. Within an hour I received an email shipment confirmation saying my replacement was on its way. I’ve never had an issue with any of their products and truth be told, I’m surprised my PuffCo Peak original is still going lol. I appreciate the quality of their products and now the quality of their staff and #Warranty team. Respect. 710.

Awesome customer service

Awesome customer service! My PeakPro battery stopped taking a charge. I filled out the online warranty and the same day a replacement is being sent out! Amazing! I paid a lot for the Puffco and it’s worth it for the performance of the vaporizer and puffco and their customer service and warranty!

Great customer service

Had an issue with the 3dxl chamber. Email puffco about it got a quick response. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Sydnee was very helpful answered any questions I had. All and all a great experience.

An honest Puffco review

Puffco has outstanding customer service and is an amazing company in general! They are passionate about the hash community and do their part by taking it to the next level. Whether it's making the best E-Rig in the world, throwing kick ass conventions or always responding to emails, their actions show that they actually care. Which is super rare to find now in days. Also, Hannah is a polite and hardworking gal. Puffco is blessed to have her. She deserves a raise.

If I could rate them 100 stars I would

If I could rate them 100 stars I would. Iv told my family doctor for the past 5 years Puff Co is the way to go. I have a physical disability and the ergonomics of the puff co and vibration help me receive my medicine in the quickest and most convenient way possible. I love how I can adjust the settings with the Puff co pro and the app function. I have a puff co pivot for on the go so by by disposables. Hash on the go and hash back at home. I recently had to send out my guardian for warranty and thanks to Miranda and the Puff co team ill be back to puffing in no time.
