I feel that on the whole payment came quickly, the study was a blast, and overall support was great when applicable.

Pulse Voices (pulse labs) has been extremely helpful. One thing I love so much about them is their support team. I always have the confidence that if I run into any issues or need help with navigation, I’d get a solution quickly. They are always active to help.
I also like that there are several opportunities to apply & contribute to. Another thing I love about Pulse voices is the mode of payment. It’s very easy to access without any additional fees.

My experience with Pulse Labs has been a very positive one! It is legit and credible, and the support is always very responsive and helpful. I have been afforded very cool opportunities and studies through my participation as a Pulse Labs panelist.

Completing studies and activities in Pulse Labs has been easy and convenient. The customer support is quick in responding and answering any question.

I joined Pulse Labs (now Pulse Voices) three years ago, and I only have positive things to say about my experiences working with them. Throughout my time participating in various research projects with Pulse, I’ve had the opportunity to be among the first to try out amazing, next-generation technologies while also helping shape the future of these products by sharing my feedback and inputs.

The overall experience, from applying for studies to completing panels, has always been incredibly easy and straightforward. The Pulse website and mobile app are intuitive, user-friendly, and provide clear eligibility requirements and instructions, making it easy to know exactly what’s expected for each project.

I also found the team behind Pulse to be great. They’re friendly, communicative, and very easy to reach. Whenever I’ve had a question or run into an issue, they’ve always been quick to respond and were helpful in resolving it. The payouts have also been very quick, and they offer a large amount of options, from gift cards to PayPal.

After three years of participating, I can confidently say that Pulse has been one of the best research panel experiences I’ve been with. I highly recommend Pulse Voices to anyone interested in participating in meaningful research, trying new tech, and having their feedback genuinely contribute to the products and experiences of the future.

This company is not genuine, I did Social media ads capture study for them spent hours metering 60hrs of work. When I demand for payment at August ending,my account got disabled and I was told their technology suspect irregular activity on my account. With reviews I read this is a regular pattern, this company withhold payment and ban accounts. I'll be making more post calling them out until they pay me my incentive.

WHEN I DID ADS CAPTURE IN JUNE IT TOOK SERIES OF EMAILS BEFORE I WAS PAID 31ST JULY.

Non-existent customer service. The onboarding process for a paid survey/project was a nightmare. I would complete a step, and a few days later I would get the same email to complete the same step. I would click through, and it would tell me the survey was already completed.

Their dashboard in the panelist app will show every action item is completed, yet you will still receive almost daily emails to complete them.

You will receive a generic reply from the same support person 3-4 days after submitting a question. They are of no help.

This company is a liability to your personal information. If they can't keep track of tasks you complete, how can they handle more important things like your personal data?

Today my account was disabled but I didn't get prior notification or message to my mail and i deeply saddened by their descision and i didn't violate any rules and terms and i strictly followed their rules and please help me and i trust this platform so much and i genuinely given answers

Pulse Labs reached out to me about two years ago. I was curious since we're already Google partners so to see why Google partnered with them for feedback about things like Gemini I decided to work with them. I was one of the top providers of feedback (not surprising as I'm one of the top 1% reviewers/consultants in the world) and my company made around $10k or so working with Pulse over the course of a few months.

Their apps are atrocious. Constant bugs. Having to redo entire sessions 4-5 times because it won't record the audio. There's no option to choose your devices so all you have is a prayer that it works when you hit record. Pulse Labs frequently sends out payments and emails to the wrong people. Luckily everyone gets paid the same so people can just claim the payment and let Pulse figure it out later if need be.

If you're on a time crunch like me and only have specific availability, Pulse isn't for you. Even if you're already apart of a program and have been doing the same study for months...you have to do the screener for every session which includes verifying you installed the application and that it works. They then take sometimes a week to verify the screener before granting access to the actual study so for me the weekends that I planned for studies were ruined every single time before I could even start the study! Keep in mind these pre-study screeners can take 10-30 minutes and you have to repeat them multiple times when the app isn't working. This means you have to deal with the broken apps which waste even more time!

Some studies specifically state that even if the application doesn't work, participants will still get paid. I assume it's because testing the application is of course apart of the feedback yet Pulse Labs will still try not to pay you and say you session is "invalid." I had to threaten to sue them as well as expose them via reviews like this since this wasn't the first time they tried to waste my time or pay me less than what was stated (which hilariously caused someone from Pulse Labs to check my social media then panic since they then immediately paid me out.) After they paid me, I removed the social media posts about them. Pulse Labs then went silent. I was removed from the current Google Gemini study (citing I "violated the TOS" which is hilarious) I was participating in at the time then received no more offers. Pulse Labs also stopped responding to messages. After that I was completely done with them. They eventually emailed me once more after a few months, but I assumed whoever emailed me forgot that they effectively banned me so I didn't respond. Almost a year later I receive an email about another study for $1500. I assume they are getting desperate and want my company back so I click unsubscribe from all emails then proceed to download the app again to delete my account...only to see that my account has already been banned and set for deletion. This prompted me to leave this review. So why email me? Oh of course they are incompetent so they forgot to remove one of my emails from their email list when they originally banned me almost a year ago for speaking out against their illegal tactics and shady maneuvers.

Overall Pulse Labs is a childish, incompetent, unprofessional organization that has problems paying people. With the wave of negative reviews recently concerning non-payment, it looks like they are desperate for funds and have resorted to straight up scamming people now. They banned me because I got tired of their bs and called them out on their blatant breach of contract as well as incompetency. They also underpay. When I work with Amazon, Google, etc. directly, they pay me anywhere from $600-$1200/hr. Pulse Labs usually pays less than $600 total for studies that take numerous hours, sometimes days of your time. They seem to be taking a huge percentage of what these companies are actually paying. I would avoid this company like the plague.

@Google. You can do better. You've known me for decades and have my contact information. Reach out to me directly from now on if you want more testing of Gemini and our companies can work something out like we usually do instead of letting a shady company like Pulse Labs submit data to you that they allegedly didn't pay people for.

This is the worst platform have worked for, they're very terrible like sh**t😔 after spending hours working and the end not getting paid for all my efforts.

They are scammers and not to be trusted I had to prompt Gemini every day and
Most of my friends that I referred we didn't get paid a dime

They are disorganized, disoriented and they don't know what they are doing

Pulse Labs AI has become a complete waste of time and an exploitative experience for contributors.

Harvesting Free Labor: They flood your inbox with study offers, only to put you through lengthy "screeners" or tasks where you do 99% of the requested work, only to be told you don't qualify right at the very end. They keep your data and contributions without compensating you.

Unpaid Work & Constant Escalations: Getting paid for completed work is an uphill battle. You have to constantly track them down and escalate issues just to receive money you legitimately earned.

Non-Existent Support: Customer support never responds. When something goes wrong or a payout is delayed, you are met with total silence.

Unfair Bans: After stringing contributors along with phantom interest in future projects, they silently drop you or suspend/ban your account without warning or justification.

Avoid this platform if you value your time, effort, and privacy. They need to be held accountable for misleading contributors and withholding earned pay.

Terrible company and I feel like they might have some lawsuits coming against them soon. Their pay structure is atrocious and if you live in the United States, you're going to be making about $10 an hour working for these scums

I got suspended because their system "flagged me" after verification. This is despite having my DL and everything else. And support seems to be non-existent. What a waste of time.

An incredibly disorganized company. Likely on purpose. You will give them hours of your time and they will find any excuse to not pay you. Every study involves broken links, glitchy apps, emails for next steps never being sent, sessions that “were not submitted” due to their buggy interface, irrelevant AI responses to support emails.

You will do the work, try to figure things out through their bugs and errors, alert them, do the due diligence to submit your work correctly and on time, get gaslit, and then be told your work was not valid and you will not be paid.

Just finished a whole study and wasn't paid A PENNY,even after they sent me an YOUR REWARD IS ON THE WAY email. They claim my submissions didn't qualify but never explained why or if there was something else I could do to correct them. I promised I would file a complaint, and I'm keeping my word

I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my time doing their study.

This company promised payment for pre-study eligibility tasks (confirmed by email), but I was never paid.

I also blocked off an hour for the study, received multiple confirmations, and logged into the Google Meet on time. I waited 10 minutes (recorded), but no one showed up, and the session ended.

Afterward, I received another email saying payment was on the way—again, nothing came.

When I followed up, they claimed I didn’t attend and refused payment, despite my documentation and prior confirmations.

Avoid! Unless you like to take your chances!
