Clothes came in at a size I wasn't expecting, customer support was very responsive and helpful.

That was great because they sent my order very quickly and the quality of they're clothes are spectacular. I'm happy with all items.

I was hesitant at first since there is not much info about the site, but everything arrived in perfect condition and the support team was amazing during the entire process, also I doubted the customs claim but so far it seems to be true that all their products don't need to pay custom taxes.

Every piece I ordered was better than I thought it would be, love all my purchases and will be ordering again. Was able to ship it to me fast via DHL.

The pleasant customer service when, for example, a product is out of stock and they give you suggestions for other similar products, in addition to the fact that the products arrive quickly and are of quality.

Purchase went fine and received item quickly but the quality is very bad for the price and I'm very unsatisfied.

I bought a shirt that arrived in around a week. Sadly, I got it too big for me so I contacted the service and -a person- answered my email and told me that they were going to send me another size of the shirt, only paying the 10€ for the delivery, which I found an okay thing because it was my fault getting the shirt too big.

This second one just arrived in an also timely matter, so I will definitely buy again there.

Pedi 2 cosas pero solo una estaba disponible asi que me dieron la opcion de pedir otra cosa del mismo precio , asi que tuve que estar buscando que pedir ya que los links de las prendas que les enviaba tampoco estaban disponibles, siento que tienen que actualizar su inventario.
Me mandaron un detalle que es un collar pero vino roto .

I found the amazing site of Punkdesign with great items, one of the item i ordered was out of stock and the service was amazing! they immediately contact me, and i shared another item instead. the respond was fast and the delivery was in few days. thank you for the great service and amazing products!

The items arrived nicely wrapped and the quality of the fabric and product is really good!

I ordered two wedding dresses to try on because the website said you could return the items after consultation.
Unfortunately, the website didn't mention that the shop is based in China and that the shipping costs for returns are almost as high as the price of the dresses. I have now given away money for clothes that don't fit me properly. I am very disappointed and angry and will definitely not order anything from this shop again!
