Simply outstanding!!! The shop had a product I was after but wasn’t able to find anywhere. Great communication and super fast delivery. I will definitely be looking at buying from PunkMonkey again!!

Ultroner X Fallout Gaea Limited Edition

I ordered the Ultroner X Gaea Limited Edition in the frosted black colour. The next day Wendy from Punkmonkey called me to say, that there was a mistake on the website and they only had one left in frosted clear.
I said, is there was any chance of sourcing a black one? Wendy put me on hold for a minute and said that there was some at their suppliers and she would call me when they received it, which she did. She sent It next day delivery for me and I now have it in my hand. It's a great device and I love it, I haven't put it down yet!
Punkmonkey have fantastic, customer service and I highly recommend them if your after anything vape related.
It is the first time I have ordered from Punkmonkey and I will certainly be using them again.

I would like wish Wendy and the team at Punkmonkey a very merry Christmas and a happy New year.

it was sent by royalmail tracking it


it was sent by royalmail tracking it would of been nice to beable to track it on royal mail site the tracking code you give is not royalmail if it had i would of rated higher

Really good service, ordered in the morning and received my stuff later on that day with the same day service and they even gave me a free liquid, will definitely use again thank you

Thank you for the quick delivery, I was able to track my vape juice frequently without any problems. The juice it’s self use to be called black magic flavoured vape juice. I’ve been looking for this vape for the past couple of years, so I am delighted that I’ve actually found the identical juice. Thank you
