I placed two bets on the Armagh v Tyrone match on April 12th. My bets were placed at 16:10 and 16:11. The match did not actually start until 16:19, yet Puntit’s system incorrectly labeled these bets as "In-Play."

When a match is labeled "In-Play" but hasn't started, it is a technical system failure, not a "data delay." Despite clear evidence, Puntit is refusing to void the bets (return the cash) and is instead offering 50% back in "bonus funds." This is a blatant attempt to avoid paying out on a technical error.

I have reported this to the MGA and will be closing my account once my final bets are settled. Be very careful—their system "glitches" and they expect the customer to pay for it.

Made the mistake of using puntit, due to limited options in Norway. They converted my deposited money into a bonus, which then could not be utilised properly due to strong limitations on the winnings. My winnings were then again credited as bonus and after a short period all bonus was removed. In essensce they stole money from me

Put 100 bucks on got it to 520 and no issues withdrawaling

I placed bet , followed all the rules, and successfully won. My account showed a withdrawal-ready balance of 577. However, after a few days, I logged back in to find my balance reduced to 0 without any prior notice or clear justification
When I contacted support, I was told that my funds had been “confiscated” and that this was a final decision that could not be reversed. No transparent explanation, no evidence of wrongdoing, and no fair review process were provided.

This raises serious concerns about the integrity and reliability of this platform. Confiscating legitimate winnings without proper justification is unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust.
A betting platform should honor its users’ winnings, not arbitrarily remove them.

Deposited 100 euros on the sixth of March Puntit matched the amount but all the money went into bonus funds. I bet a total of 102 euros the bets returned a total of 210 euros but my winnings stayed in these bonus funds as well. One week later I checked my account and the balance is zero their explanation is that because I didn't wager 5 times the bonus funds my funds have expired. I have emailed them saying that ok I can understand not getting the bonus but they have taken my deposit and winnings I feel that I have been scammed so I would advise everyone avoid this company

This company are absolute scammers! Avoid at all costs. The 'free bet' offer when you join requires you to stake 10x the amount before you can even claim any winnings. These parasites should be heavily penalised & shut down. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE CON ARTISTS.

I had a bet that was settled unfairly. It contained 4 selections, 3 of them won and one was an ante post horse racing selection who was declared as a non runner right before the race. You're the only company who doesn't seem to void the the horse racing selection and deemed the whole bet as a loser where you should have paid out on the other 3 selections which was what every other betting institution advised me of. If you're Canadian looking for a genuine review this is it. It has a lot of options for live casinos, varieties of different companies you could play. Using interac e-transfer is the best way to deposit and withdraw, first time took 20 hours but it could vary with your verification. My second was basically instant. Puntit is a scammer company..They scammed my 300 rupees deposit.I mailed them several times but they are not working on my query since last week.Pathetic behaviour...I have attached every proof in screenshot of payment then also they are not doing anything.

I am from india, My account got suspended just now, 2 days back i have reach 5lakhs rs winning amount, after that they said your need to verify the account so that i have provided the correct aadhar card and bank statements. now they are saying my account got suspended.
They are completely fraud ..they just looting money from everywhere, just taking the money from us and not giving a single rupee even if you win the money.

Withdrawls too slow and often gets rejected for unexplained errors. Definitely better sites to go with...

Honestly decent platform, but horrible site if your going to deposit and loss since there is no bonuses besides cashback.Dont play on this site use a better reward system site trust me.
