So thank you asclation team and Thank you specially Imani Who’s contact me for compensation of refunding as she said its not Company policy but she is helping to resolve this issue .I appreciated her
For me it was bad experience Before why it’s happened. But now i am relaxed at least they are respecting the customer satisfaction .
So i am waiting for the goodwill
