Great product, fake promotions and discount codes

I have been buying the Retatrutide for 4 months from this company. The product is great and of high quality. I have had very good results as an independent researcher. The only issue I have is that I have tried to use the 15% off offer codes they sent me twice and both times they did not honor the offer and the code said it was expired before the date it was supposed to be expired. When I emailed about the issue a third party answered the email and did nothing to resolve the issue or honor the deal offered to me. If something was done to make this right with me as a loyal customer, I would happily change my review to 5 stars because I am happy with the product but not happy with the customer service or fake promotions.

They gave me no instructions on how to mix it
How much to inject
How many times a week to inject
And they never checked up on me. They can contact me by email or text to give me this information so I can start using it. Needle size I need aswell

We try to avoid sending generalized dosing or usage protocols automatically since everyone’s experience level and intended research setup can vary, but we absolutely should’ve pointed you in the right direction sooner.

Please send us a quick email with the product you received, and any questions you have and we’ll help clarify the recommended mixing ratio, injection frequency, suggested syringe/needle size, and any other general handling information you need to get started confidently.

We’re also working on improving our follow-up process so customers aren’t left guessing.

Had a small issue with tracking not…

Had a small issue with tracking not updating, reached out and they replied pretty quick and sorted it. Ended up arriving the next day anyway. Good service overall.

Got my order in Ontario in about 3…

Got my order in Ontario in about 3 days. Everything was packed well. Using retatrutide now and I do feel fuller quicker. Not like a huge change overnight but it’s working slowly.

Second order with PURA+ and both times…

Second order with PURA+ and both times were consistent. I went with their Retatrutide because it was cheaper than other sites but still looked more legit (labeling, packaging, etc.). Down about 5–6 lbs so far without feeling like I’m forcing a diet. Shipping within Canada was faster than expected too.
