Ive been coming here since Pure opened 9 times out of 10 they have the best prices in town. Unfortunately today my budtender just seemed like she would rather be anywhere else in the world than answering my questions. First I inquired about her opinion on the quality of the 3/39 5g sleeperz bucket. Her response was "we are out of those, we only have the Fly and The Cali Blaze.. ( i chose not to pursue the question because the response was about 510 carts not dabs) so I chose a different deal. I did purchase some pre rolls as well.
Customer Service is one of the toughest jobs on the planet, however, its Basic Buisiness 101 that When person is standing in front of you, literally holding a stack of cash, it would be wise to ask the question " Is there anything else you're looking for?" This was not the case. Immediately upon scanning a puck of rosin ( the transaction was 5 g dabs 2 g rosin...nowhere near the purchase limit) she gave me a total and told me to have a good day n sent me packing. It worked out in the end because Jars down the way was more than happy to help me find some shake, rso, and delightful flower.

I got a few good products at first. After that they sent me cheap hemp products with no value or benefit. Most online companies are operating this way. I can get it elsewhere.

I purchased some of your Elmer's Glue and it's mildewed this is the second time I've gotten weed that's bad .

I ordered Moon rocks on the website and it said 45% THC. When I picked it up the container said 35% THC. When I ask my server why the discrepancy all I got was I don’t know. No offer of discount or a free pre-roll. Never used another dispo , but I will be now.
