I purchased the starter kit. I definitely feel a difference with the Caffeine, Melatonin and Calm diffusers. Each one tastes great, especially the Vitamin B-12, blue raspberry, that's my favorite. Customer service is excellent, they respond quickly and take care of your request efficiently and in a very timely manner.

I didn't check my address before completing the order and had made a mistake. I contacted Pure and the immediately sent an order to the correct address. I have had excellent customer service here! They are polite, thorough, and competent!

This company is extremely shady and they will sign you up for their subscriptions. Without your consent, tell you they cancel it and then charge you again for it. And then refuse to help return the item or refund. It, they say they have another team that's going to help with it. But then they lose all communication with you don't buy from them. You don't want this company to have any of your information. I promise you.

Overall pure is pretty good. I don't vape but I believe for vapers people have nicotine addiction. They would be good for them help quit and maybe a better alternative with more research to Clarify that but the only thing I would say. I hope they update their website. It was really a little bit stressful trying to find the profile settings and cancel the subscriptions. I wasn't aware cuz I actually made a different email when I first ordered it and I didn't know I put subscription. I thought it was just a little one-time purchase discount my fault but hopefully their website gets a little bit better and easier to navigate and cancel subscription other than emailing to cancel them

It's been more than a month since I placed an order. Never received it or haven't even gotten a proper message from someone Everytime I've tried to contact have gotten a automated response. I am confident that's I've gotten scammed stay away guys.

I made a one-time purchase from Pure Diffuser Co. and received the product. After that purchase, the company began attempting to charge my PayPal account repeatedly for the same amount over several consecutive days.
I never signed up for any subscription or recurring billing, and PayPal confirmed there is no billing agreement connected to my account with this company.
I contacted customer support and initially received a response, but they stopped responding while the charge attempts continued.
Because of these repeated unauthorized billing attempts and lack of response from customer support, I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Their customer service is an absolute joke. I returned my order, and have inquired about my refund multiple times. It has been a month and still no reply from anyone.

I placed my order on Feb 14 and after two weeks I reached out to customer service. I was told that the delay in the receipt of my products had been escalated. A few days later I sent a follow up on the status to see if my items had shipped. I sent several more follow up before little over a week later receiving an email stating that all (and it was a lot) of the products I ordered were out of stock and I could either wait another 3 weeks for them to come back in stock or receive a full refund. I took the refund! And then ordered from calm puffs instead. I had really been looking forward to trying pure but was not about to wait another 3 possibly 4 weeks to receive it.

Very deceptive in product usage and return policy. These are NOT a replacement for your vape habit. You can only draw on it 8 times in a 24 hour period. For that reason I returned 4 of the 5 that I had ordered with in the allotted time given for their 100% money back guarantee. Followed all directions to receive and have still not been refunded.

My first order went great, but everything went downhill after that. My first order, there was constant and timely communication as I awaited my pre-order to be in stock and ship. Loved the products so I decided to order more. Placed an order on Feb. 19 and Feb. 22. I inquired about my orders on Feb. 27 because I had not received any updates as to when my orders would ship. I was told both were still unfulfilled and not yet shipped, and they would follow the standard delivery times once shipped (their website claims shipping takes 1-2 days and delivery takes 3-5 days in the U.S.), and was also told they were escalating my query to a specialist. It’s is now March 5 and I cannot get a response via email or Facebook. They have already charged my card for both orders (about $150 USD). I have been emailing them every day this week and continue to get ignored. I will be filing a dispute with my bank if I do not receive a response within the next 24 hours.
