I have been dealing with Chris Murgatroyd at Pure Investors for the purchase of my apartment and have always found him to be very helpful. Completion has taken place today and I have appreciated Chris’ efforts and patience in the matter.

Katie Thompson, Office Manager, has been superb. She has been professional, helpful and empathetic. She gets the job done to the best of her ability, efficiently and as quickly as she can sometimes in difficult circumstances. I would recommend her to anyone, she is a credit to your company.

We have greatly appreciated the advice and professional expertise given to us by Pure Investor. Chris provided various options with speed and efficiency and was always a friendly voice, someone with whom we could easily discuss matters in the initial stages of our negotiations. Likewise Katie has made the later stages of the process very smooth and straightforward. This has been a real boon as we live in Hong Kong and all contact has been by email and phone. Our daughter has now been able to view the completed apartment and to send us photos and we are truly delighted. We would recommend their services to other clients without reservation.

Chris helped us with every step of the way from the beginning of the process to the final day. He payed attention to detail and was very observant. Moreover, katie also helped us a lot as she was very persistent and productive with the communication of the solicitors and the developers and made some processes a lot quicker than what they could’ve been as we managed to move in only 12 days !

I guess you guys could do more in favour of the buyer rather than supporting the company.
