Excellent estate agents and professional service
I have sold a number of my properties with Pure and also recommended another portfolio landlord to them. Their professionalism has been very high and they were able to get us offers quickly!

I found this company to be friendly
I found this company to be friendly, informative, and competent.
They did not sugar coat anything to get or keep my business.
It was always easy to contact them by phone or email.
They would always call back quickly if you left a message.
I was very happy with the service given and would use them again in the future.

Extraordinary Team
The team at Pure were extraordinarily helpful during this whole process. Chris guided us from offering the apartment to us directly, to securing the offer and having multiple viewings for me and my partner as I was out of town when he came to see it the first time.
And Viki was a godsend in terms of helping us manage communications with the solicitors, ensuring things were always moving along, always there and present to push from both sides, and including some necessary mind peace when thing seemed stuck in solicitors land.
I'd gladly recommend this team to anyone and I'll be coming back to them if I decide to purchase another property in the future.

An absolutely great service
We brought an apartment in Manchester and used Pure Investor to market the property for us. Matt really knows the Manchester market and he is very helpful, friendly and professional.
He also introduced us to a furnishing firm and co ordinated the delivery and installation of the furniture we ordered from them.
Our apartment was let within a week of our apartment going live on the search engines - what a refreshing change to deal with a company that actually delivers what they promise and who keep you fully updated.
I would recommend Pure Investor to anyone who is looking for a professional firm to deal with.

Pure Invest is Top Notch
I have been dealing with Chris and Mark of Pure Invest for over seven years now. My experience with them has been outstanding.
A case in point, sale of my Middlesbrough property. They got an incredible deal credit to a profound understanding of the housing market in that part of UK. More than that, the team was fantastic throughout the process. They presented a realistic schedule of activities, patiently explained the process, answered all my questions with in-depth explanations so that I fully understand what I was doing.
One other thing that stood out for me during all these years is that the team has been consistently available and approachable - I spent almost half of the day with Chis taking me round Manchester explaining to me the emerging real estate investment opportunities.
As a foreign investor in UK properties for over 10 years, I have my fair share of unprofessional real estate agents and organizations whose main interest is to fleece investors but I will highly recommend Pure invest to anyone looking for top notch real estate services with personal touch.

Purely professional level of service
Pure Investor presented us with plenty of options and guided us through the entire property purchase process. Despite several unforeseen delays, they kept us well informed and provided reassurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in property or any other investments.

We do appreciate there have been a number of delays as part of your transaction, this was primarily down to the new Building Safety Act legislation.
