Thank you for getting in touch, and we hope you're doing well. We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening our new bottles with child-resistant lids. We recently made a change to our packaging to ensure the safety of our customers and meet regulatory requirements.

To open the bottle, please push down and twist the lid at the same time. This will require a bit more effort than our previous lids, but it will ensure that the bottle is properly sealed and prevent tampering. We understand that this change may be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Our previous lids had a seal that would come off once the bottle was opened, which was a concern for some customers. We want to ensure that our customers feel safe and confident when using our products. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I can understand why it is upsetting when an order is not delivered when expected. Please note: Standard shipping can take 3-9 working days as per our website but we do have an option for rush shipping if that is the option you would prefer. Thank you!

Hello!

We appreciate you reaching out and hope you’re doing well. We are very sorry to hear that you are having a hard time opening up the bottle. We recently made a change in our bottles and lids to a more child resistant lid which has made it a bit more difficult to open. If you push down and twist at the same time it should open for you, however, please keep in mind you may need to push down harder than you would have had to with our other lids. These new lids have also made it better for sealing our products and ensuring customer’s their bottle hasn’t been tampered.

With our old bottles and lids the seal would come off within the lid once opened and this raised concerns for some customers and we want our customers to feel safe and reassured when opening and using our products. We are very sorry for any frustration, inconvenience or confusion this may have caused you. If we can be of any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

We recently switched to a more child-resistant lid to ensure the safety of our products. This has made it a bit harder to open the lid, but if you push down and twist at the same time, it should open. However, you may need to apply more pressure than you would have with our previous lids.

Our previous lids used to have the seal come off within the lid once opened. This raised concerns for some customers, and we want to ensure that our customers feel safe and secure when using our products. We are sorry for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused you.
