Friday Afternoon Puncture

I had a puncture late on a Friday afternoon, and with the car no longer having a spare. I needed a new tyre quickly - and within minutes the tyre was completely. Flat. Pure Leasing were very pro-active in resolving my issue, with a number of local garages unable to source the tyre quickly. Pure Leasing made phones calls until late Friday evening and throughout Saturday morning until the issue was resolved. I was kept up to date and informed during the whole process, and they clearly cared that my car was off the road. When issues like this happen, you want the service provider to step up, own the problem and try very avenue to resolve - and ;et you know what they're doing. I'd have no hesitation in recommending them based on my experience over the past year of driving one of their cars.

Perfect Service Through to Delivery

I was kept well informed on the progress of my delivery, which went perfectly. The exrtas provided by Pure Leasing are all most apt and useful for the car.
