POC-11 concentrator not fit for purpose
It is NOT medical grade oxygen, the machine was tested with a SMART CHECK O2 analyzer and at 'C' continuous setting shows 96% o2 on the machine but 68% on the Smartcheck analyzer. All othe pulse settings were down except for setting 1.
Pure oxygen store were sent a 2 minute video showing this fault and eventually accepted it was faulty. First they offered 2 then 300 $and a good review, refused. They then said under the terms I had to pay £60 return shipping then upon safe and acceptable return a refund less outbound shipping fee, less handling charge, less extra battery charge(no refunds on accessories) which equates to 799$ US less charges refund of 401$US less $75 return shipping is 326$US back in my account for a 799$US machine not fit for purpose. I hope you'll agree well worth avoiding plus it can seriously damage your health/lung condition.

They have a misleading way of selling the products and the service is poor. Waste of money! I bought a POC 10L which has a very poor performance and that's suppose to be their highest spec model.

Product not as advertised, company was rude and didn’t want to do the return/refund. Had to get my credit card company involved to dispute it. Finally they sent an email stating they’d refund all but $200 of it. The concentrator marked as 1L-10L continuous flow is falsely advertised. Its pulse flow only until you set it to 10L. So if you need continuous flow at a lower setting, this product doesn’t provide it.

This company failed to honor their promised one-year return policy. I would give them a ZERO rating if I could. I purchased a Hacenor brand home oxygen concentrator machine from pureoxygenstore.com in May 2025. In October 2025, the machine malfunctioned -- making a very loud noise that made it impossible to use. Despite repeated emails to their customer service department, I never got one response to my request for a replacement machine or refund.

Does not include all nose applications as shown, just a bunch of junk hose. NO clear directions. NO decent customer service. Return policy is outrageous, charged for shipping, restock fee, NOT in USA as stated. BUNCH of scammers preying on elderly that need oxygen!

Does not have a phone number to contact them. You have to ask questions on line and they don't want to answer you. Really bad instruction book and everything was written in Chinese. Really bad company. Will not recommend them to anybody. Their machines are junk and you have to pay out of your own pocket to send it back. This company sucks!

I bought an oxygen generator and was not seeing any improvement in my blood oxygen levels. When I tried to get get some help to determine if the unit was operating properly I was quickly dismissed and told that if air was coming out of the cannula it was working.
I STILL SEE NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN USING THE UNIT OR NOT USING IT.
