I had to return my pearls due to a personal circumstance and Mariel was very kind and helped me when I had an issue printing the return label!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Pure Pearls and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality pearls with exceptional customer support.

I worked with Mariel, who was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through the different types of pearls, what to consider, and helped me think through what would actually work best for me — not just what to buy. That level of care is rare and made the experience feel very personal.

My experience with Pure Pearls was outstanding in every way. I was very skeptical purchasing an expensive pearl necklace from an online vendor until I worked with Mariel at Pure Pearls. Mariel was incredibly helpful guiding me through selecting the best pearl size and quality to fit my budget, and offered to contact their production team to ensure my strand would have the pink undertone my wife wants. To my untrained eye, the Hanadama-grade Akoya necklace I received from Pure Pearls was essentially identical to an A-grade Mikimoto necklace at literally 1/2 the price, and mine came with a numbered certification from the Pearl Science Lab in Japan. I highly recommend Pure Pearls to anyone looking to buy high quality pearls at reasonable prices.
