However, we'd like to clarify that the Starter Kit gifts are only included when the Flexible Plan (subscription) option is selected. Customers who choose the One-Time Purchase option are shown that it does not include the free gifts or free shipping before completing their purchase.

We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations don't match what arrives, but we do our best to make the differences between the two options as clear as possible throughout the purchase process. The sock size selection is part of the Starter Kit configuration and remains visible when switching between purchase options, which may have contributed to the confusion.

We're certainly not a scam, and thousands of customers have successfully received and enjoyed their Starter Kits through the Flexible Plan. That said, we genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve the clarity of our website and checkout experience.

We're sorry to hear that you feel this way, and we understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive your order.

After reviewing your account, we couldn't find any formal request from you to update your subscription address or cancel your subscription before the order was processed. We did receive messages expressing your frustration, and our team did their best to explain what had happened, including that your subscription had been skipped by you rather than cancelled, and how to update your address to prevent the same issue in the future.

As the order was processed using the address saved on your subscription, it was dispatched to that location. Despite this, we still issued a refund for your most recent order as a gesture of goodwill, even though the issue wasn't caused by an error on our side.

We're sorry that your experience left you feeling disappointed. We value all customer feedback and will continue working to improve our service and communication.
