Ordered again because the last wine came quick and tasted good, this time I’d ordered 5 bottles over 16 days ago and I had no contact from the company, however i did managed to get in contact with them and they explained there had been a problem with the orders on that day and the orders hadn’t been sent to the warehouse for shipping, unfortunately this meant one of the bottles i had ordered went out of stock but was replaced by a better one and an extra bottle was thrown in too apologise for the mistake

My order was delivered super fast, worked through half of the order and the wines are very good.

Avoid this company. I ordered 12 bottles of wine and only received 11 bottles. To make it worse, 4 out of 11 bottles were substitutes. I received my order almost a week after the 'next day' delivery that was promised. I have emailed the company at least four times in the six weeks since my order to resolve this, but all I get are promises to "follow-up" which then fails to occur.

In December 2022, I bought 6 bottles of expensive French wines, total value £129.
Over the next four months I opened the wines when we had guests.
Out of the six bottle only one was drinkable, the others were awful vinegar tasting and two were fizzy as if they were still fermenting.
In February, I emailed the company and received no reply.
In April, my daughter telephoned the company and received no reply after waiting 90 minutes on the phone.
The following day she spoke with one of the company call takers who said the matter would be passed to their customer services team. A week later and I still haven't received any contact from the company.
I have learnt an expensive lesson about trusting small wine dealers online!

My aerator would not stay in the bottle after a couple pours… customer service NEVER responded to me. I requested help twice - no response.
Horrible Service!

Impure wines.

2 stars for refunding one bottle.

But 3 out of 12 wines were bad. (One overly vinegar/corked, two tasted of TCP) at around £18 a bottle for bad wine. Never coming back.

There is no quality checking!

P. S. I love lambiek geuze and brew my own natural perry no added yeast or sulfite.

Great experience, highly recommended, I would give 10 stars if I could. One of the bottle that I have ordered was out of stock but Guy, the owner, promptly guided me into a replacement purchasing; he's an expert in natural wines and knows everything about the wines he's selling. I used to buy the same wines in another place in London but purewines offers great deals and the prices are very honest, so, chapeau Guy and Purewines!

Highly recommend this company. Guy, the owner, is a font of knowledge on natural wines and is happy to chat over the phone and make suggestions. He is very approachable, not snooty as so many wine dealers can be and I was delighted with my purchases.

I've just placed my third order with Pure Wines and that shows has pleased I am with them! The service is very good, the wine is excellent value and interesting, and the website is much more accessible than other options for natural wines. I'm sure I'll be back for more!

My favourite wine company.

The owner is a truly passionate person who is more than happy to share his knowledge with you when deciding orders. I have learnt a lot from Guy. If you live in London visit the warehouse on a Friday, he is great at try before you buy!

Great value, great offers, great wine - wonderful customer service

Only critique - The website needs to be optimised for mobile in my opinion. Also difficult to find favourites, as the URL is not linked by a button on the website.

Best wines I've ever had so far. I ordered 2 red and 1 white, but I have to confess that fell in love with Chateau le Geal, one of my fave wines. The delivery was very fast delivery too. Highly recommend it!
