I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a $70 order was supposed to be delivered earlier this month. Never came. Went to the post office and they had no record of any package to be delivered to me. Searched both tracking numbers and it states they were delivered yet usps has neither tracking numbers in their system. When I emailed Perfectfuel. They offered no help and kept telling me to check my mail box. Seriously feel like this company is a scam.

I bought the Shilajit and sea moss pills on a “One off” payment. Second I paid, I got an email to say “your subscription hast started” so I emailed straight away to say I want to cancel and I hadn’t signed up for a sub.

They responded to say I am not subscribed and it’s a one off payment. Well next month I was harmed so I emailed pretty annoyed to say what’s going on. They said it wa s mistake and they couldn’t refund and they have removed me from the sub list even though I was told first I was never on it??

Ordered once, canceled their mandatory subscription immediately and they still keep sending me their product and charging me. I have emailed them multiple times and they lie and say it's too late to stop the shipment even though I cancel as soon as I'm notified that they are processing my order. I emailed them after the first order and was assured that I had no subscription. I emailed them after they did the first automated transaction and was told again that my subscription was canceled and yet a third and fourth time has occurred. I canceled through email multiple times and, through their website / "my account". Calling them is useless, no one ever answers.

This company scammed me and forced my money out of my account. Please do NOT buy anything from them, they sign you up for a subscription that you can’t cancel, that way they are able to just keep taking your money. I have had to close my account because of them😡😡

Could not return the second order I DID NOT MAKE, NOR GET REFUND so 30€ more I'll have to pay to CUSTOMS SPAIN. I tried cancelling it 6 hours after I saw it was charged on my account but they said it was already on the way.

I cannot say anything about the product yet because have not received it.
Only that it did not come from USA as published and that you have to add 30€ Customs fees and paperwork.

Horrible experience with this crowd, do not order from them. Ordered the Shilajit/Sea Moss vitamin pills. Firstly the delivery took nearly 2 months, I was following up constantly which a customer should not have too and kept being told it is on the way. Last week I emailed again and was told it was delivered check with neighbours and local postal services. None of them knew anything about it. Now they are admitting their mistake and trying to charge me a delivery fee again to ship a new package. Crazy, I ordered and paid the delivery fee and never received my order, now they want me to pay another delivery fee. Scam behaviour - AVOID

What I liked most was how easy the app was to maneuver and figure out. I loved being
able to customize each sister or family member by choosing their hair color and style, clothes and shoes. However it would be better if the skin colors and hairstyle could be more diversified. Lastly, I would have loved the option to use my own personal quote on the cups. I can't wait to surprise my sisters with their gift on our sister's getaway. It's a keepsake and something that can be used daily. Thank you so very much for the many gift options to choose from. I wish you much success.
