I placed an order for what I thought…

I placed an order for what I thought was 10 boxes of A4 paper in error I ordered A3 paper and I received 10 reams of it at a cost of €260.00 I rang to return it for A4 but was told I couldn't return it as it said it on your website it was unreturnable . I did not see this on your website. A lovely admin person checked with the stores and they refused to take it back. We have given you a lot of business over the last couple of years so I feel this is bad customer service. I will be looking for a new company to order our stationary from

The longest shipping times

I have ordered twice from Purple Panda but won't be doing for a third time. Their shipping times are so long, and even then, they deliver after the expected shipping dates. This time round, I was contacted 2 weeks after my order was placed to say that only one item could be sent. They hadn't even sent it 2 weeks after ordering. I still have yet to receive the one item or my refund for the second item!!
