Total scam. Both shower heads broke within a few days. They will not refund or stop sending the “replacement” filters. The filters they send are not even the right size. They have not responded to any of my requests for refunds.

The product is cheaply made and breaks easily. I requested a refund, and they instead sent me a replacement of the part that broke... after I had already tossed the entire thing, so that
did me no good. They then continued to charge me for replacement filters & ignored all of my attempts to cancel this. The contact information they list on their website is invalid. This is a huge scam. Don't waste your money.

This is a scam. The shower heads are cheap and they will charge you monthly for “replacement filters” and will not allow you to cancel. The number listed on the website is not a working number (8009146754) when you attempt to call and they will not respond to emails to cancel the autoship filter subscription after they reply once and tell you that you can’t cancel.

Don’t buy. The shower heads aren’t as adjustable as I like. The water hits the back of the shower even after trying to point them downward. Tried to get a refund and they didn’t honor it. They even made me pay for the filters after trying to cancel. They said they had to charge me fives times. Do not buy these shower heads. You will be disappointed.

Terrible. Bought 2 shower heads…both hoses broke within a week of installation. Cheap junk. I tried to send them back and cancel my subscription and they told me they have to charge me 5 times before they can cancel….WHAT? scam!
