Missing order
Ordered Cybex car seat. Item was delivered and the large very obvious item was left on the doorstep. I came home, item missing. I reported the missing item to the delivery company who stated a signature was not required by the retailer. I would never authorise doorstep delivery of such a high cost item. The retailer has failed to resolve the issue nor refund. It has now been 8 days I have been without an item that was paid for in faith.

On ordering I was not given a delivery…
On ordering I was not given a delivery date and I am concerned the car seat won’t be here in time for the arrival of the baby.
I still don’t know the delivery date a week after ordering and paying.

Excellent service. Ordered a few days before Christmas and arrived 2 days later. We were kept updated in delivery date/time. Would definitely recommend.

Lack of communication on order but quick delivery once the company received more stock
I like that the price of the product I purchased was the cheapest I could find on the market after applying a code.
However I'm disappointed that I was not informed that there was a delay on delivery as you are waiting for stock.
I only found out after making enquiries myself.
I've yet to receive the item I ordered and can't comment on the product itself.
UPDATE
I received the child car seat Saturday 22nd November and am very pleased with the product.

So I’m disappointed
So I’m disappointed, I’ve ordered push chair with next day delivery and get only one email about late delivery, they forgot txt to my that this pushchair is not available and they waiting to be send it from Germany and I wait 2 weeks but paid for next day delivery. Very disappointing
