I ordered a pair of trousers on August 3, 2026, and now, at the end of October, I still haven’t received my order or any proper updates about it.

I contacted the brand via Instagram, and they responded promptly, saying they were looking into tracking down the package and resolving the issue. However, despite their reassurances, I still haven’t received my order.

This is extremely disappointing, and I’m very unhappy with the way this situation has been handled. I will never buy from this brand again.

Easy to purchase clothing takes a little minute to get here but that’s to be expected when they’re shipping from Vietnam bought the pin stripped pants as well as a skirt for my girlfriend and I wear em pretty often

Très très déçu,je l’ai commandé en début août je le reçois milieu septembre,c’était pour anniversaire le j’ai même pas reçu avant,et quand je le reçois il est même pas livré chez moi avec des frais de port aberrant qui double le prix du pantalon,et je l’essaie la taille me convient pas du tout alors que j’ai pris deux taille au dessus de ce que je prend d’habitude,je ne recommande pas du tout en rapport qualité prix plus envoi des colis c’est vraiment très nul,j’ai voulu lui donner une seconde chance après le premier achat d’un jogging bas le jogging a prix encore plus de temps à venir la taille est très nul les frais de port toujours aussi cher et le jogging ça déchire dès le premier lavage ne jamais commandé dessus !!!

Shopping between 8 to 20 days , great quality and shapes , realy worth waiting ! All the clothes are shipped in the same package 😌
