We have bought 2 puzzles now. Quality is excellent and delivery was fast. I am about to buy the frame and glue.
When ordering, make sure you choose a photo that will make a good puzzle, and not just a nice photo. We do a lot of puzzles but the photo we chose has made for an extremely difficult one. My patterned ski jacket is proving to be a nightmare! Once glued and framed we won’t have to make it again, but it will look lovely on the wall!!

Ordered puzzle - piece missing.

Got in contact with customer services twice and have not heard back.

Do not use.

I ordered two puzzles as gifts but when they arrived there was no photo of the puzzle on the box, thereby making it impossibly difficult to do. Apparently I chose category 3 which doesn't have a picture but this wasn't clear at all. Despite nice photos of people who can help I just had a robot answer and no follow up. Very disappointing

Thought I would treat my daughter to a personalised advent calendar as it was the first one with her daughter and my granddaughter. Everything looked good until there was one piece missing out of the 24th December box! 🙈
Got in touch and I could not fault customer services a new jigsaw was made and despatched and we now have our completed masterpiece.
The original disappointment was over shone by brilliant customer service.

I was extremely disappointed with this puzzle. The picture quality was so poor and the craftsmanship of the pieces so substandard that the puzzle was essentially unusable. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I had assumed their website’s image-check feature would prevent issues like this, but when I raised my concerns, this was their response:

"Our 5‑star resolution rating can only indicate whether the image file is large enough for the chosen puzzle size. It is technically impossible to recognise blurred pictures. We must therefore place the responsibility for choosing a sharp photo on the customer."

In other words, they take no responsibility for the final product’s quality. Very expensive and frustrating experience overall.

The advent calendar had writing over the pictures. When I contacted the company, I was sent an offensive email that inferred I had done it myself. They were completely unhelpful and refused to replace it. A huge waste of money.

Still awaiting my puzzle as a gift and little point when let down on delivery with no way to contact puzzle you on their website I tried with out any luck ... disappointing

puzzleYou did a great job creating my puzzle quickly, and shipping as expected.

What let the whole experience down was the performance of UPS!! Parcel "lost", the marked delivered (which it wan't) returned to puzzleYou after UPS alleged I didn't collect it!!

After discussion with puzzleYou they agreed to re-route the package to me, at no extra cost..Thank you puzzleYou (In the interim I had ordered a second which was delivered successfully)

The quality of the product ( the puzzle and the box ) is great.......however.....it is not an advent calendar. It comes in a box which does not have opening doors. You have to lift the lid to access the puzzle pieces that are in numbered separate holes. There isn't even a picture of the completed puzzle. For nearly £50- certainly not value for money. Do not be fooled

Excellent high quality good value jigsaw bought as a present, and my mum has really enjoyed doing it. The colour reproduction is very good and the pieces are sturdy and well cut.

Not happy at all with the advert jigsaw. No picture of the jigsaw came with the puzzle. Luckily I opened it and had a look inside before
What am I to do print the picture myself. So disappointed that I couldn't give it to the intended person. I've requested a refund. We will see how that goes. I recommend not going for this as a gift like who can make a jigsaws saw without a picture

The puzzle is absolutely stunning and comes in a very high quality sturdy box. Amazing! Delivery was prompt and in excellent condition.

I ordered the XXL puzzle, for a relative who has impaired eyesight. The size of the individual pieces were advertised as 4cmx 4cm, and whilst they were bigger than standard pieces, they were not as advertised, and placed doubt as to whether they would be suitable. I asked for a refund, which was accepted without question, commenting sympathetically on my dilemma. Throughout our communication, the response had been rapid and cordial, making it a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I have ordered from puzzleYou before without complaint, and will be happy to continue with their services in the future.

Excellent quality of both the printed picture and the jigsaw pieces, and the box it comes in. Feels and looks professional just like what you would purchase from a shop. Also, printed and shipped just a day after ordering, followed by a very speedy delivery.
