Excellent service, great prices. Some of the items (soil and drainage pipes) were damaged by the courier but PBSL quickly sorted it and shipped replacements so the job could continue. Will be using again.

15 July. They have become totally dreadful. Every day for four consecutive days we saw online that they would load our product onto a van but every day it did not arrive. They always blamed it on their Cambridge depot but we never were told why.
After day three they cancelled our delivery charge
After day four we just demanded a refund. Complete waste of our time. If anyone knows a better company for pvc fascia and cover do let us know
We have them anther chance last week. Told delivery would be 25 august. Saw they loaded it onto a van. Never arrived. Customer service then said it would be 27 August. Never arrived. 1 September and still waiting.
Emailed the customer service team last night to help me create a shopping basket or provide a quote for my project as itâs £2k plus order and want to get it right. The cladding Iâm after has 5 different trims so itâs all rather confusing and asked for their assistance on the products they stock. To my dismay I got fobbed of this morning:
âUnfortunately we donât work trims out Iâm afraid, we do ask the customer or customers builder to work out the trims.â
Itâs not what I was asking but fantastic customer service Adam.
We are absolutely disgusted with the state our order has arrived in. It was due to be delivered yesterday 5th August 8am to 6pm. We waited all day for it. It never came and there was no notification from you to explain. It finally arrived this morning at 10.35am. We have just opened it and three of the four corners on all three pieces are damaged. Please see the photos. We are terribly disappointed and would like to know what you will do about this. We havenât time to wait another four days for delivery.
Edit: we have now been offered a partial refund of 50% which we have accepted as we havenât time to wait for replacements.
I'm not one for leaving negative reviews however Liam in the customer service department is horrific to deal with and I can other people are having the same problem.
I ordered a product from them that was listed incorrectly on their website which he admitted in an email to me. Effectively they are selling cladding with stickers to create the colours which isn't clear from the photo or mentioned at all in the description or technical specifications.
They refuse to pay for a refund despite admission on their part that the website needs updated?
They can't be trusted. Feefo reviews after some investigation I believe to be fake.
Next stop is trading standards and which point I'll update this review.
I ordered some cladding to complete some work and paid the extra £40 for a Saturday delivery , I had workmen ready to complete the work on Saturday afternoon. All that arrived on the Saturday was a box of nails , no cladding no corner strips etc . As it was a bank holiday I could not contact the company until the following Tuesday , I explained what had happened and I was told the items where to be delivered on the Tuesday , I requested that this was changed to the Saturday as I would be working and unavailable to accept the cladding . I was told this would be no problem and the courier would be instructed to change the delivery date to the Saturday . Unfortunately this did not happen and the cladding was simply thrown onto my tiny terraced house front garden and left there all day until I returned home .
The work was to be carried out on the Saturday but every piece of cladding was damaged with large cracks on the front and several chips to the edges , probably due to being thrown around by the courier . I again contacted customer service and I was offered either replacement cladding or half my money back if I could work round the damage , as I now had absolutely zero confidence in the company I accepted half my money back and decided to go elsewhere if I could not indeed work around the damage .
As a result of my own experience and reading other reviews regarding damage , I would highly recommend that you shop elsewhere for any of the products you are considering buying from this company , the one star is for customer service because I feel sorry for them.
I only give them 1 star as I cant give any lower. After reading previous reviews i would not of ordered off them. lesson learned. There is no after service . you cannot speak to anyone. It's all done by email. Ive spent over £600 over a week ago. (6 days) I have been given no invoice no reference, and no delivery date. I have emailed twice no reply and rang them twice to be told you have to email. This is a 100 percent con. I am a vulnerable pensioner and cannot afford to lose £600. Can anyone please advice me what to do next????
I have to ADMIT i was wrong a nice lady phoned me up today and explaned everything. I will change it two a three star. the company is lejite .
Poor product and customer service
Bought white chevron internal cladding. Due to family problems I didnât get round to opening the boxes or fitting for a couple months. When I did most of the ends were damaged and when I fitted a small section I noticed the chevrons donât line up. I got a set square on the print and realised the print isnât even square so the print is skewed making it hard to line up correct.
I contacted customer services but have been ghosted.
Lesson learned always check boxes when they arrive and donât use shoddy online companies
Bought 1 sheet of cladding on 14th November to use as splash back in bathroom. Great communication quick deliver very happy with product, looks lovely.
The most arrogant of customer care providers and depot staff, especially at Peterborough. It was agreed I could return an item, but at the time when I was purchasing something else, they refused. The server, obviously had an inferiority complex and after much wrangling I left feeling like I'd rather walk over hot coals then ever return. What an awful company, who made me feel like they don't care on jot about the environment, so have lost my custom due to their rudeness. Profit is far more important than common sense or keeping a customer.
Fantastic company, so helpful and next day national delivery! Damages were replaced within 24 hours. Faultless service, if you are looking for cladding etc I can not recommend this company highly enough, will use again definitely. Well done
I bought 2 separate orders of fascia and soffits from this company (as PVC CLADDING). Both had damage to some of the boards but it was absolutely not PBSL's fault, it was Cooper carriers fault. I spoke to a great guy today called Alan at PBSL, who sorted the problems with minimum fuss or stress. Both were sorted within minutes. His customer care was exceptional and, this is a rarity these days, he cared if i came back as a returning customer. Which i most definitely will. The strength of a company is their aftersales support. Any company can send things out but its when you need to ring them after delivery is when you find out just how good or bad they are. My experience is that PBSL are a very good company.
