When I reflect on my experience with NAI, these are the two words that come to mind: integrity and professionalism. Their meticulous approach has been truly commendable. From start to finish, NAI ensures thorough documentation, including precise photographs that serve as indisputable evidence. This level of attention to detail instills confidence in their work and reassures clients of their reliability. Additionally, they execute tasks with finesse, without ever risking exposure. In conclusion, North American Investigations has earned my recommendation.

Mine was a missing person case. It was my son. He had been missing and my daughter-in-law only alerted me 3 or 4 days later. Having been in touch with the Suffolk County Police Department in New York, I realized nothing was getting done because my son was an adult. I searched for a private investigator online and found Darrin Giglio and his company. It was the best result. Darrin and his team ended up finding my son’s body and that of another young victim AND was able to determine who was responsible for this heinous murder. All the evidence was then turned over to local law enforcement. The perpetrators were convicted and sentenced. With Darrin’s team, NOTHING would have been done and I would’ve been left with a missing son all these years and the criminals would’ve still been on the streets! Just a last word: my choosing Darrin and his team, in my opinion, was a Godsend!

Darrin Is a true professional and is available throughout the investigation. I leaned on Darrin and his team several times, in sporadic and contiguous surveillance. Locally and afar, in my case nothing was found but each time information was sent over in real time. My issue has been put to rest for now, but I will lean on Darrin again in the future. This company literally regurgitated the same information that I gave them during the intake. I paid them over $2600 upfront. They responded by copying and pasting my intake details and emailed it back to me as their "findings". NAI is dishonest and unprofessional. So much so that they misled me into believing an authentic investigation would take place. 

Looking back, I should have suspected that NAI wasn't a reputable company. They have less than 10 reviews. Their yelp has a total of four reviews. I also suspect that the handful of reviews are from NAI's family and friends.

NAI did no investigation whatsoever. After receiving over $2000, NAI copied and pasted my findings, that they asked me during an interview “give us as many details as possible”. And handed it back to me. Then they dodged my emails. Stating that they were “still investigating”.

And drumroll please, although I’m a woman, he refers to me as a male in various emails. As “Mr”. A telltale sign that they never pursued an investigation. NAI only recalled that I was a woman after rereading my request from the intake interview. NAI preyed on this survivor of stalking for monetary gain. Victimizing me a second time. NAI and its employees knew that they had no interest or skills to pursuing an investigation. 

NAI, run by Darren Giglio ignored all my calls and emails for months. Until I posted a review. They insisted that they were still conducting its investigation. Which was a blatant lie. NAI violated me a third time by revealing why I sought an investigator. It’s sick that he couldn’t recall that after receiving compensation in advance.. Steer clear of NAI. See attached.

I retained North American Investigations after hours of due diligence and research. I had a unique situation that called for an experienced, flexible and more importantly reliable/creditable firm. I spoke with friends and family and believe it or not nobody had a knew anybody knew anyone that was reliable. So long story short, i went with online reviews and that why im taking the time to pay it forward and even write a review. North American Investigations was one of the three companies i called and right out of the gate the choice was clear. I initial spoke with Darrin and from the beginning he not only had all the right answers, he asked the right questions where i knew we was highly experienced and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. We went over the time sensitive situation and quoted me and we were off to the races...! Very few times in this world do people "do what they say/say what they do" and even fewer times do people "under promise and over delivered". This was the situation where Darrin accomplished both. I couldn't be happier with the high level of communication and the ability of this firm to be malleable and adapt to quick changing unpredictable situations. The turn around time for the project was uncanny and i highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of investigative services. 5 Stars all around couldnt be happier ! Will use again
