Staff in sales department and lettings have been so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Very professional, speedy responses and always chased up where necessary. I would definitely recommend purely on the staff to client relationship. Big shout out to some of the staff I dealt with; Charlie & Leon in sales and Megan & Sarah in lettings, keep up the good work 👍

Pymm & Co were exceptional throughout the entire process of selling my house. They were personable, warm and friendly at every stage. Simon valued my property, he was easy to talk to, had an honest and personable approach and gave a realistic valuation. I dealt personally with Leon who was extremely helpful and responded promptly with any matters that arose. Leon is so easy to talk to and make the process simple. He always made me laugh and nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend the team at Pymm & Co, a very happy customer!

We drove up all the way from Plymouth to Norwich which is around a 7 hour drive to view a property in lime tree Road.. I told the office and Chris who showed me around please let us know asap if we have been successful in our initial application. Phoned them several times to let us know one way or the other but they never had the courtesy to phone back despite our polite requests . Just very poor communication and doing the polite and courteous thing after having driven so far .. Finally found out through right move the property had been let Disappointing customer service . A phone call was all we asked

I was looking for somewhere to live after being kicked out of my parents place, damn near needing to sleep on the street, never rented or lived on my own before. First time renters are a risk I get it but I was declined over and over from every place I applied to live in, until I reached out to Pymm & Co and spoke to Tia Moore. I don't believe in god but if I did I'd think she was like a guardian angel or something because she listened and did an unbelievably good job at getting me into my first ever little flat. She went above and beyond after hearing my story to get me into a place as soon as possible.

I went from applying for a place on Monday, getting a call on Tuesday, viewing the place on Wednesday (which Tia went to show me around personally on such short notice which I appreciate so much), credit check finished on Friday, damage deposit paid and now because of my circumstances and swiftness of this whole process she told that I can move in a week earlier, so next Friday I'm going to be in my new place.

This is absolutely premium service and I've never rented before but I've worked customer service jobs before and I can confidently say Tia has set the gold standard for customer service. If I ever need to find another place to live, or if I meet anyone who's looking for something I will sing praises about Pymm & Co because of how unbelievably helpful Tia has been with helping me through this whole process. The council / government should look at Pymm & Co and take notes, if government services were this quick and helpful everyone would be so much happier.

Leon was amazing, I'm a first time buyer and was pretty clueless with how everything worked. Leon guided me through the whole process and I was so happy that the house was on sale with them and not another estate agent.

An excellent estate agent with competent staff in a cohesive team. All admin professionally executed. Intuitive and supportive crew running a good office for tenants and landlords alike. Very responsive to emails with good maintenance connections and assurance of full support for all your tenancy needs. Each staff member showed responsiveness and understanding. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from valuation right through to completion. Good advice at the outset to ensure we attracted the greatest number of potential buyers and always felt the leads were being pursued fully. Communication was very good and we never felt we had to chase for an update. Excellent.
