Excellent experience with Pyramids Clinic and Dr. Furkan
I recently traveled to Turkey for a 4,000-graft DHI hair transplant at Pyramids Clinic, and I want to share my experience because the level of care I received was excellent.
My experience actually started before I even arrived in Turkey. Elias, the coordinator, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He provided information, answered my questions, and helped coordinate the travel arrangements. Having someone available to help with everything made the trip much less stressful.
The procedure itself went extremely well. Dr. Furkan was very hands-on, which was one of the biggest reasons I felt comfortable choosing Pyramids. He personally designed my hairline, helped with the extraction process, and performed the graft implantation. In my estimation, he personally performed about 90% of the procedure rather than simply overseeing technicians. That was very important to me when choosing a clinic.
The anesthesia was also handled very well. I was properly numbed and was comfortable throughout the procedure. Afterward, the clinic provided antibiotics and pain medication and gave me clear instructions for the post-operative care and hair washing.
The hotel and staff were kind and helpful, and the drivers who transported me around were also friendly and professional. The entire experience—from arrival through the procedure and afterward—was well organized.
I’m currently only four days into my recovery, so I obviously can’t review the final hair-growth results yet. However, I can review the experience, the professionalism, and the quality of care I received, and all of those have been excellent so far.
I’m very happy with my decision to choose Pyramids Clinic and Dr. Furkan. I would recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant in Turkey, particularly someone who wants a doctor who is genuinely involved in the procedure.
