HE SCAMMED ME FIRST I ASKED FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER AFTER 3 weeks of waiting on instagram and then he gave me a fake one after 1 week he started yapping that my package has been lost and he will check it and bla bla bla after i asked him again 1 week later of no new shipment uptades he blocked me and i never received my package
Forgot to say that in the past i bought 2 times and he was legit but now its a scammer🤡

je n'ai jamais reçu le numero de suivi pour mon colis alors que j'ai bien la preuve de paiement j'ai tout mais il ne me reponde nul part , ni sur facebook , ni sur instagram et ni par téléphone .

My package worth of 250 euro did not come and when i messenged pyromaniax they did not do anything, do not by from here

Highly recommended, but the processing time is a bit excessive. I'm still waiting for the package to leave the country of origin.

Have blocked me on instagram and facebook
Don’t reply to emails
told me they’ve sent the parcel but refuse to send tracking
tried to blackmail to delete my review saying they’ll send it if i delete lol

UPDATE: apparently sent a refund over a week ago but my bank have confirmed nothing has been refunded

I've been a customer for three years and never had a problem, but last November I lost €1,000 because my package got stuck in customs and was returned to the sender. They refused to reimburse me. Two months ago, I placed a second order for €2,500, and I've only received about a quarter of it. I've been blocked from social media and they're no longer responding to my emails. I don't know what to do to get a refund because it's been two months, and I paid by bank transfer as usual. It's shameful for a loyal customer like me for so many years.

I have ordered since March 10 ,today March 26 no update, the parcel never left Poland, they are the worst ever company, also I can't communicate with them ,also I have to mention that the cost of the order was 330€ not 5-10€

Package never arrived and they have terrible customer service

I made an order from 26/02/2026 and they don't reply at any email regarding the update of the status and the tracking number so that i know when to expect my order. The advise i give don t order if it s not Christmas period there are other sites that communicate at any time and they will support and respect you as a customer

Don't order from these guys made order of 500 euros 3 weeks ago. No reply to emails or tickets. Had previously recived 3 orders prior. Seems they give accounts first few orders to gain trust then rip you off
No tracking I'm contacting the credit card merchant processing to get there account banned for fraud. Then gonna get there site closed down.

Me han estafado he hecho un pedido de 800€ y me han bloqueado de todos lados lo voy a meter por gabinete jurídico porque no tiene pinta de que me quieran devolver el dinero. Pero que se preparen porque me presento en Polonia en un viaje.

I made a order and pay in the 28/11/2025 and until now the order never arrived. I`ve send a lot of email´s and wrote in the chat but pyromaniax never resolbe my problem, also never return my money .

Chegou hoje a encomenda. Bem acondicionado, tudo o que foi pedido. Espero poder continuar a comprar na pyromaniax.

Very bad company, lies upon lies until they block, good products, shit management. Be aware.
