Do not deal with Nicholas, he is a scammer. Sold me a QB Enhanced Payroll Program for 3 clients. Paid 533 for the 12 month subscription. Should have known something was wrong when I saw that the program was registered with Intuit using a name I never heard of.
Worked well for a month or so then I received an expiration notice. I called Intuit and was advised that the license he sold me was the remaining month on someone's yearly subscription that had not used the remaining month or two.

Then we started the game of saying he would refund 50% of what I paid. Never got anything. After several weeks of lying and scamming I just gave up.

Do not buy anything from this company.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I previously wrote a review giving 5 Stars to QBDadvisor but I am now downgrading my review to a 1 Star in fact 0 Star because this company is a scam. I bought a Quickbooks program and after using a 15 day trial with no problems I then purchased the whole one time payment program. The Quickbooks kept telling me your subscription is expiring in 7 days and to renew it. I contacted Nicholas and he says don't worry we are working on it. Next day it's at 6 days and same email from him not to worry they are working on it. Everyday they say do not worry until now the program will now work at all. These guys are scammers so stay away! They not only shut down their phone number but also their website no longer exist!

Was a little leery of placing an online order from a company I'd never heard of. Once I ordered, I was immediately contacted by Nicholas. He instructed me on the download procedure, and how to register the product. I was having registration problems, and Nicholas handled it for me. He also made it very clear on how to do my upgrade. First class customer service.
