Our organization uses CareBeans for care planning and client management. While the platform has helpful features for organizing care plans and tracking updates, weâve recently faced challenges with system responsiveness and user accessibility. Some functions give the carer a problem in terms of adding incident report but the carebeans mentioned that if might cause the internet connection.
Additionally, communication and response time from support could be improved â it sometimes takes a while to get assistance or clarification when issues arise especially at night as we are a 24hrs business.
But overall, Carebeans give us a good service.

This is a very useful system for care providers both small and large .I think to get the best out of it , there should be more training available on how to use the policies and work can be reduced in maintaining these policies. Greater use of technology and notifications. I myself use it but not enough and I feel lost sometimes.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They charge an arm and leg for nothing. If you no longer require their services, they demand you pay for the remaining months that are not covered. If not they pass you unto a debt collection agency and charge double the amount. They do not listen to you even if you try to reach an agreement. Tell me how a £1,000 debt turns into £3800. I will never recommend their services to anyone.
