The support that was provided was eloquent and easy to follow, the customer care was extremely good and all of my questions were answered in full, leaving me with a clearer knowledge and ability to use the system.

We joined QCS in February 2025 and the service and support has been great. They supported us in the initial set up and have been only an email away when we have needed support since. Very good system and support in keeping us up to date and compliant.
