Ho effettuato un acquisto di costumi di € 150 circa. Spedizione nei tempi previsti ma all'interno i prodotti erano errati. Inviati tutti dello stesso colore quando avevo fatto una scelta differenziata.
Apro richiesta con il supporto ed è cominciata una conversazione stressante perché il chat bot non capiva la mia problematica. Ho chiesto le istruzioni per il reso ma ogni volta mi chiedevano la motivazione. Alla fine mi hanno rispedito i prodotti del colore giusto ed offerto un 30% di rimborso per la taglia non corretta.
Pervenuti i nuovi articoli mi sono resa conto che il costume uomo è trasparente, diversamente da quanto indicato nella descrizione prodotto quindi ho fatto presente anche questo e anziché restituire mi hanno offerto nuovamente il rimborso.
Il servizio clienti mi è venuto incontro ma è stato un processo complesso. Questo è per segnalare che non è possibile fare il reso dei prodotti (a carico del cliente in Cina quindi circa 40 con il servizio di poste) quindi suggerisco al massimo di comprarne solo 1 per vedere come sono. La qualità non è eccellente

I love this bathing suit. The material is soft, it fits beautifully, and it definitely helps with tan lines. I just wish that you buy all styles as mix and match. Will buy more for sure.

I was a bit skeptical about tan-through swimwear at first, but Qikini proved me wrong. I bought several sets and the results are amazing. After a few days at the beach, I noticed my skin tanned evenly right through the fabric. No more awkward white patches! The designs are stylish and they dry much faster than regular swimwear. Definitely worth the investment.

Although it takes some time to see the full results, I'm happy with my Qikini tan-through swimwear. The fabric is comfortable, and I haven't experienced any see-through issues. I'm looking forward to trying more styles!
