I have been using the Qimora cooling pad for a while now and overall I have been really happy with it.
One of the main reasons I picked Qimora in the first place was that it ships from within Europe. It was super nice not having to worry about any unexpected shipping fees, hidden costs, or customs duties at checkout.

A massive plus for me is that there’s no monthly subscription and it doesn't rely on a smartphone app to work. Nowadays every single device needs an app, so having a product that just works on its own feels way more future-proof. It gives me peace of mind knowing it won't become useless just because an app stops getting updates.

If there’s one downside to the lack of an app, it’s that I can’t automate the cooling. Sometimes I wish I could schedule it to turn on automatically right before I go to bed, but honestly, it’s probably just a habit thing and I just need to learn to turn it on myself.

As for small improvements, I really wish the physical buttons were easier to see. They are honestly pretty tough to navigate in dim or dark bedroom lighting.

I’m genuinely satisfied with the performance, but I do have a couple of minor concerns about the long-term maintenance. I'm a little nervous about the 4-month mark when I'll need to change the distilled water, and the overall hygiene of the internal system over years of use is something I think about.

Still, it’s a solid product that does exactly what it promises without trapping you in a digital ecosystem. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good cooling bed solution.

My Qimora sleep core arrived quickly, but I had a small issue with the machine. I wrote to the company about it, and we tried troubleshooting together, but it didn’t work. So they send me a new machine immediately, and it arrived about 2-3 days after. Now it works and I’m happy with the product! Also, I have never experienced a better customer service before. Extremely quick replies - very appreciated! Thank you again for all the help.

I bought the Sleep Core after looking hard at Eight Sleep (too expensive in EU + subscription), Sleepme/Chilipad (doesn't ship to EU), and used Chilipad imports which can be sketchy. Qimora was the only real EU option in this price range with a clean design look.

After 10 nights, the experience has been very positive.
The headline news is that the dual-zone separation actually works. My partner used to sleep under 3 blankets while I was the one sweating with only 1. We now share the same duvet. That alone justifies the price for couples with mismatched temperature preferences.

The pad cools roughly 15°C below room temperature, which in my non-AC bedroom (24-28°C in summer) means a usable 18-21°C surface, exactly the comfort zone. The feeling is like getting into freshly made cold sheets, except that it lasts all night.

I've also noticed a +10-15% increase in REM and deep sleep on my Oura ring, but 10 days is too early to attribute it solely to the mattress, but it plays a part in it, that's for sure.

Shipping was done in 2 days, they overdelivered on this point and I was able to send it to a pick up point, package is super sturdy, and the design is very nice. It doesn't look ugly at all in the bedroom.

Two small points that could be adjusted: the control unit has no backlit buttons, so adjusting settings in the dark means using your bedside lamp.. The manual is quite basic, and would love to see more content around how to go around the settings, and progressively find the best option to adjust it for 2 people (finding your optimal temperature, etc.).

Noise is fan-level white noise, which is not an issue at all.
Setup is simple if you watch the video first (the color-coded tubes aren't super intuitive without it).
You'll need distilled water on hand, Qimora suggests to buy a 5L distilled water jug but only less than 3L are enough for the first top up. (then will have to be topped up every 3 months or so)

For Europeans who want the Eight Sleep experience without paying a fortune + subscription, this is currently the best option I've found.

I’ve been using the Qimora Sleep Core for around 10 days now and it’s made a bigger difference than I expected. I tend to overheat at night and this is the first thing I’ve tried that actually keeps the bed consistently comfortable instead of just feeling cool for the first hour.
What I like most is that it doesn’t feel gimmicky. It’s simple, it does what it’s supposed to do, and once it’s set up you don’t really have to think about it. The dual-zone setup is also really useful if two people sleep at different temperatures.

Support hooked me up with some early stock and I've been testing it for around 15 days. The pad itself is super comfortable and the hub doesn't make annoying noises. Dual zone works fine. What sold me though is how it manages the temperature throughout the night. It drops down when you first go to sleep and then gradually warms up right before your alarm. If you just want a bed that actually stays cold, this is the way to go.

Got my Qimora sleep core early from their pre order stock and I've been using it for two weeks. Honestly I’m really impressed. It cools the bed perfectly and the dual zone feature works great. I also really like how it drops the temp during the first phase of sleep and then slowly warms it back up right before you wake up.

It doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of the Eight Sleep pod, but it costs way less. I already use a Whoop for sleep tracking, so paying a massive premium for redundant data made no sense to me. If you’re just looking for solid, reliable temp control for your bed, this is hands down the best value out there. Highly recommend

Sleep Core arrivato a casa 3 giorni fa. Confermo la primissima impressione e anzi, si sta rivelando ancora più utile del previsto. Adesso che comincia a fare caldo, mettersi a letto e trovarlo già fresco mi aiuta ad addormentarmi in meno tempo. Non lo trovo invasivo e il mio Whoop sembra confermare le mie prime impressioni (sonno profondo e REM migliorati)
