Assolutamente inaffidabili. Ordinato un abito, ne è arrivato uno del tutto diverso e per rimborsare vogliono che si restituisca quello ricevuto (giusto….), ma a spese mie! Cioè, sbagliano loro, io ho già pagato e dovrei anche pagare per fare il reso. Scritto, scritto di nuovo, ripetuto, stesse risposte automatiche con varie offerto di rimborso (molto) parziale senza reso. Non se ne esce, ho un vestito che non mi serve che ho pagato quasi 70€ e nessuna possibilità di riavere i soldi e neanche il vestito che ho ordinato. DA EVITARE OGNI ACQUISTO

The red pant I ordered was a extra small could not get one leg in them I order a xl which is a 12-14 and they say xL NOT also the white lien top is a small also and the lien 2 piece is not the style I order a $135. Gone to waste I have try to send them a email for return and credit they have yet to respond to me I should have look @ the reviews. Never again I learn my lesson.

An absolute scam! Do not purchase from them! I received the wrong item and when I asked them to exchange it they wanted me to foot the bill for the return when it was THERE error! Also, the wrong item they sent was extremely poor quality! Save your money!

Me enviaron un vestido de muy mala calidad, que no tiene nada que ver con el de la fotografía, mucho más estrecho y con un cuello distinto.
A pesar de que el error era suyo y de que en su página permiten las devoluciones, lo hacen prácticamente imposible, obligando a enviar a China el producto, complicando mucho el proceso y obligando al cliente a pagar unos altos costes de transporte que hacen que no compense la devolución.
Es una auténtica estafa.

Qizicha is a complete scam! Clothes are expensive and look nothing like the photographs on their webpage! Materials used are quite different as well. It’s just junk. Be warned! Deserves no stars at all.

This company is an absolute 100% scam. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with my experience and honestly, I’m just as angry at myself for not checking the reviews beforehand. First, the quality of the clothing is terrible, far worse than SHEIN, yet you’re paying triple the price for items that look nothing like what’s shown on their website. The materials feel cheap, poorly made, and not worth even a fraction of what I paid. Second, their customer service is completely unacceptable. There is no clear shipping or return policy anywhere, which should have been a major red flag. When I reached out to return the items, I was told that I would have to pay for return shipping myself just to receive a partial refund of the $177 I paid. That is outrageous. It gets worse. The return address they provided is not even the same as the original shipping address. Instead, they gave me what appears to be a random residential apartment address in China. This feels incredibly shady and untrustworthy. At this point, I feel like my money has been completely stolen. The worst part is that I ordered the outfits for an upcoming trip that I have and I just wasted $177, there is no real way to recover it. This company is clearly taking advantage of customers who don’t realize what they’re getting into.
Someone seriously needs to investigate this company and whoever is behind it. They are scamming people and getting away with it. PLEASEEEE!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business.

This is an absolute scam ! The garment I orderd does not even look like the picture. Instead of it been made form linnen and cotton as they advertised on their website. It was poorly made from very cheap polyester.

Never buy from them again.

100% scam. Ordered two items of knitware. Received 2 polyester versions with knitted pattern printed on it. Returns was complex and expensive and they claim they didn’t receive it. No chance of a refund. Gutted. Do not use this site!

I paid $49.99 for a dress that I feel is GARBAGE. After about a 3 week wait, the dress arrived. NOT cotton, some kind of thin rubbery synthetic, NOT tiered as described, or shown. NOT the bright colors, instead, dull, and terribly printed. NOT belted, as described, and shown, in fact, NO belt! The photo also shows short sleeves, the garbage that arrived had long sleeves. When contacting for refund, 1st, there was NO contact information that I could use, the phone # wouldn't go thru, and the email address could not be found. Finally, I kept looking until I found an email that got the request for return information, and REFUND, and now they will be closed for "holiday" for several days, NO address for, return, just where I should NOT mail it to. This is by far, the WORST company that I have ever dealt with. IF you even have the slightest desire to order from them.....just go flush a $50 bill down the toilet, it would be a faster way to throw your money away, with much less frustration.

This site and online retailer is a complete scam - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS! I made a mistake not reading reviews - the dress in bought was extremely poor quality, not as described and they make impossible to return - you have to pay for return shipping and they drag you along so you don’t even have time to return in the required 30 days. Terrible, lesson learned.

I ordered two jumpsuits (125.17 USD) one denim and one cotton linen—but the items I received were made of very poor-quality fabric. The white cotton linen piece is extremely transparent. When I requested a refund, they offered only 15% of the total amount. This feels very misleading and disappointing.

The color of the items I purchased are totally different! The style is totally different and the material is a whole other issue! This company is a scam! Don’t waste your money, do not buy anything from them! You will get something totally different and you will be very disappointed!

Material and product is misleading and very cheaply made. Hard to return but I’m trying. It’s really a scam and Pinterest should not allow them to market on their site!!!! Don’t buy anything from these people!

They sent me inferior goods that cost a tidy sum. Nothing like they advertised, cheap nasty materials and sizes were completely different from what I ordered. They were badly made, visible stitching and threads hanging off . No-one with any skill in dressmaking touched these garments. Take great care in ordering from this company. I wish to flag this company.
