ALREADY REDEEMED KEY, NO REFUND, AWFUL SUPPORT
UPDATE:
I’ve tried working it out with them after they’ve finally gotten back to me after 4 months! (talk about quick support)! Here’s the story + pictures!😉
Basically what happened was I bought a one week exec to explore lifetime options, see how it runs with PC and all, but turned out the executor was down! Given no mind, I decided to wait for close to a month where the exec finally released, but when I tried using it, i realized it was already redeemed! Given no mind, i decided to contact support where I was basically shut off and ignored.
A few months later, i get a reply on trustpilot telling me to join the discord for that good ol’ quick support! Me forgetting about the key entirely given that it was chump change i decided to go resolve this issue simply for the good of their customers/sales, but i’m so glad i kept this up😂.
From the mix of unprofessionalisim, mocking, and disrespect i found it awfully funny that they’d be so regurgitated over 8$, but here we are!
