Sono estremamente deluso dal modo in cui Qover sta gestendo la mia richiesta di indennizzo (Riferimento: IT26REV00222). Nonostante abbia inviato tutta la documentazione in mio possesso, inclusi biglietti e conferme d'acquisto, la compagnia continua a creare ostacoli burocratici che sembrano fatti apposta per scoraggiare il cliente.Â
Recentemente ho ricevuto una notifica di chiusura della pratica con la scusa di non aver "ricevuto i documenti", nonostante li avessi già inoltrati via email. Il punto più critico riguarda la richiesta di una "No-show letter" da parte del rivenditore TicketOne, il quale non risponde alle richieste e non fornisce tale conferma. à inaccettabile che per un importo di 67,68 EUR, Qover si rifiuti di condurre una propria indagine e scarichi l'intero onere della prova sul cliente, pur essendo a conoscenza della mancata collaborazione di TicketOne.Â
Questo processo dimostra una totale mancanza di efficienza e attenzione al cliente. Unâesperienza che mi servirà da lezione per evitare i vostri servizi in futuro.Â

I first opened a claim by mistake and selected âtheftâ instead of âdamageâ. After that, I submitted a new claim correctly and selected âdamageâ.
However, the first (incorrect) claim seems to have been processed instead of the correct one. I was initially told that I was not eligible, then after a re-check a week later, I was informed that I actually am eligible.
But it looks like the review is still being done on the wrong (old) claim instead of the correct one I submitted.

Voor het aansluiten liep het vlot, maar de afhandeling van schade is een ramp. Het stopzetten van het contract verloopt desastreus.
Ik had een kleine glasschade en ik verkeeg alleen antwoord als ik getelefoneerd had.
Andere Belgische maatschappijen handelen de betaling bij Carglass zelf af, maar bij hun moet je het zelf doen.
Je moet de schade bewijzen en daarna de kosten betalen en indienen. Bij elke brief reageren ze pas als je getelefoneerd hebt.
Ik kreeg een bericht voor de vernieuwing van het contract aan dezelfde prijs .
Kort na de schadeëis voor de glasbreuk ( van ongeveer 100 eur) kreeg ik een verhoging met 200,00 eur terwijl het reeds de duurste verzekering is op de markt.
Het telefoonnummer op het portaal is gestopt.
Dus mailde ik met de opzeg via een mail in het portaal.
Ik verkreeg de bevestiging van de opzeg met 2 maanden en de uitleg over de verdere afhandeling op het portaal.
Opnieuw gebeurde er niets.
Ik ging op zoek naar andere manieren om hun te bereiken.
Ze betwisten dat ik opzeg heb gegeven!
Nochtans staat het wit op zwart.
