Amazing company that has the best customer service I have ever had, with the best and funniest email trail ever. Received a custom made puzzle within a week and very happy with the product! The personalised jigsaws made my 94 year old dad very happy. When I had concerns that the time it would take for the artwork and delivery to NZ might mean that it may not make is, the lady assured me that she would make sure they did. The arrived in perfect time. Will be purchasing more jigsaws for him.

I love the puzzle. The colours are exactly what it showed. Pieces were interesting, more fun to do.

Just wow! Right from the outset dealing with QPuzzles was fantastic. The ordering process was simple and easy, the service was next level (thank you particularly to Nicole and team for expediting production and delivery in time for Mothers Day) and the quality of the puzzles themselves was just amazing in all aspects - print, material and cut. The funky piece shapes were also a fun surprise which my wife particularly enjoyed.

The Neilson World puzzle was just beautiful. The pieces fit together perfectly, so you know that you have the right one (no almost fits!!!!). Loved the sustainable postage and the padding to protect the box.
