I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Quality Spa based on my experience.
We originally ordered a sauna in June and were promised delivery by August. When August arrived, we were then told that production had shut down for summer holidays, pushing delivery to September. By mid-September, we still hadnât received any updates or communication, which left us seriously concerned that we had been scammed. We requested a refund at that point, which, fairly, was processed within about two weeks.
However, we were then reassured that the delays had been resolved and were offered a discount to place a new order, with a guarantee that the sauna would arrive by the end of the year. Trusting this, we reordered.
It is now April, and we still have no sauna and no refund. Communication has been poor throughout, and promises have repeatedly not been kept.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience
Day 55âŠâŠ. Still no refund, still lame excuses, still with the relevant department. What a shambles. Quality Spa, you are a disgrace. No doubt you will comment and say we know itâs frustrating. Please donât waste your time. This journey has been going on for 7 months now. All I want to do is help others avoid being in this situation.
As with many other reviewers we have been waiting 5 months for a sauna with the same excuses as others been given by the company.
They withdrew the funds via paypal but now insist we must somehow get our money back from paypal and pay them again as they cant get the money out of their own account???
As much as I want to have faith in this company the fact that so many others have the same experience of paying up front for undelivered goods only to be told that we cant have a sauna from them unless we somehow get paypal to refund us for a completed transaction and pay them twice.
Their website is now closed and communication with the company director is becoming fractious.
At this point in time I feel there is no recourse but to assume this company is behaving fraudulently with some customers and to report them to the relevant bodies both in UK and Europe.
I may never see my money again but if your looking for a sauna just pay a bit extra and go local, save yourself the pain.
If you are reading this and have had the same experience then please post as I am quite prepared to gather evidence and present it to "Report Fraud".
Its just not acceptable that a company can just keep doing the same thing to so many people and then effectively blame you for not receiving the goods.
There may be some genuine financial difficulties in the company but using customers money as cash flow and then abuse the refund systems of providers such as paypal, stripe or credit cards to "game" the system only works for so long.
To regain any credibility this company must resolve its own banking issues and honor the contract between customer and supplier, even if this means covering the costs themselves.

Eventually we were finally told yesterday that apparently they were having trouble with Stripe, their payment processer, who has withheld their funds. Therefore they are refusing to give us a refund or deliver our sauna. We are unfortunately now having to go through our credit card provider to hopefully receive our money back. A complete scam, avoid at all costs.

Inoltre, da due settimane non ricevo più alcun aggiornamento da parte vostra, nonostante un mio sollecito inviato una settimana fa.

Ordered a Sauna UKU230 was told 6 weeks for delivery. Its been 6 months and just excuse after excuse. Have done a chargeback for the payment but the company replied to this claiming it had been sent as a delay tactic. It hadn't been sent and the tracking showed it was never collected from Capra, the real manufacturer. Capra state they have massive account debts so they are on stop so my sauna was never made nor dispatched. Got my refund in the end.

Do NOT buy from this company. Just look at all the 1 star reviews. Product never received. Refund never issued. You can only receive refunds by using buyer protection via credit cards or PayPal. This company are a disgrace to Poland and will hopefully be shut down by law enforcement before other innocent victims fall for their tricks. They are now flagging all negative feedback as "illegal" or "defamatory". My finance provider is actively investigating them given the volume of complaints.
UPDATE: I can publish extensive email correspondence indicating lies about delivery dates, lies about refund date, everything is always delayed. This firm is operating on the margins of legality. The company provided no refund after a month but are very good at sending trite emails explaining why it will take just a little bit longer. The replies on here all sound very professional but resolve nothing.

Please do not buy anything from Quality Spa.
As with numerous others, they have taken payment for an order and not fulfilled it.
After a 2 month delay, I cancelled my order and was promised a refund within 14 days.
It has been 20+ days and several reasons given for no refund, and also a WhatsApp asking me to make another payment to get the sauna
Now I am told to contact Stripe for a refund, which is not possible. I also have several different messages from different people using delaying tactics.
The website is now down.
Please do not make any payments to this company as the sales are fraudulent, as are many of the positive reviews on here.

I dont normally write reviews but this time I felt the need to warn others. Our family ordered a sauna from Quality Spa in October and it has been, without question, the worst purchasing experience we have ever had.
We were promised an 8-week turnaround. That commitment was never honoured. Instead, we were given a constant stream of excuses about logistics and suppliers while the delivery date was repeatedly pushed back with no accountability.
Communication has been appalling. Calls and emails are routinely ignored unless chased persistently, and even then responses are vague, inconsistent, or simply untrue.
Out of concern, I contacted the manufacturer in Estonia directly. What I was told raised serious red flags about whether orders are being properly paid for and fulfilled. At that point, it became clear we could no longer trust this company to deliver what we paid for.
We are now in the process of recovering our money through our bank.
For context, we have since approached a reputable local sauna company who have already completed a consultation and confirmed delivery and installation within a week â at a competitive price and with clear, professional communication throughout. The contrast could not be more stark.
If you are considering ordering from this company, read the 1-star reviews carefully. Our experience is not unique.
Proceed with extreme caution.
