Exceptional company to deal with and worth more than 5 stars! From beginning to end it was a pleasure to deal with such a professional organisation. Danial gave me expert advice and help, and nothing was too much trouble. He was very knowledgeable re diamond and setting choice, and guided me through the whole process. Paul was also very helpful with follow up information on delivery. I am absolutely delighted with my stunning ring, which arrived today. I cannot recommend highly enough.

I bought an engagement ring before going on holiday from quality diamonds. I needed a quick turnaround and the team was able to sort everything on time. Lauren has been very helpful, and communicated quickly and even helped us re-size the ring.

Quality Diamonds provided superb customer service from start to finish. I met with Lauren in the Birmingham office who provided excellent advice and knowledge.

Both Daniel and Paul in the Hatton Garden Office could not have been more helpful, professional, and knowledgable. After a few consultations, I ended up with exactly what I was looking for.

I bought an engagement ring from Daniel at Quality Diamonds and I can honestly say (after visiting numerous jewellers in the Hatton Garden area), that he was by far the most helpful, professional and informative.

The quality of the product lives up to the name, plus the whole process was completely seamless, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Great diamonds and complete transparency

I purchased a trilogy ring with three 2 carat diamonds set in a simple platinum design. What arrived exceeded my expectations and was totaly stunning. Daniel and the team at quality diamonds were fabulous and very helpful. Daniel sourced the stones within a week or so and made me feel part of the design and build process throughout.
Needless to say I will be back for a matching earring and necklace in due course.
If you are looking for something special look no further - I cannot recommend Quality Diamonds more strongly.

I ordered a custom ring and they went back and forth with me for so long before eventually producing a ring that wasn’t what I asked for. By this point I was so exhausted with the whole process that I just accepted it. I do feel annoyed that I spent around £2000 for a ring that looks like any random ring on their website - it would’ve been cheaper to just order on there rather than go custom. It doesn’t look custom at all because they couldn’t accommodate the one customisation I asked for. Also they’re slow with replies & sent me wrong information multiple times, further delaying the process. If you want a piece of jewellery for an event, leave at least 6 months to get it from them. They advised it would take a few weeks, which wasn’t the case. I should’ve gone elsewhere but Daniel was really nice at the in person consultation so we went ahead without realising the rest of the team is terrible. They’re all very polite, just not very good at what they do. The diamonds they source are good though

Absolutely brilliant service, Paul messaged me with updates on delivery and when it had been received. Arrived promptly and was perfect, beautiful diamond. Can highly recommend, I’m sure I will be purchasing another again at some point.

Very happy with the experience, and happy to recommend. Paul helped me source a diamond not on the website, and was patient with my various requests to refine the search. No pressure at all, and as I was comparing dealers I noticed that QD was actually a little less money for identical diamonds (same cert number) on competitor sites. Item also arrived quicker than a UK competitor promised and I'm very pleased with the gem. Genuinely recommend as QD will help you source gems that are not on the already extensive database.

Throughout the entire experience, the team were extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We did not feel that we were being pushed to make a purchase and their transparency only improved the experience so that we understood exactly what we were getting.

I purchased an engagement ring which looks Fantastic. My new fiancée absolutely loves her new ring. The diamond is top clarity, colour, cut etc, was bigger than I was planning and came in under budget. My fiancée has a friend who works in a jewellers so took the ring in to check the legitimacy and it passed with flying colours.

Their Hatton Garden shop is more of an office than a showroom, and is a little hard to find, but it is worth it. I would recommend booking an appointment before you go. The staff were super helpful, I mostly worked with Paul. He guided me through the diamonds and ring choices and didn't pressure me to buy, he even said "feel free to have a think for a week or two and come back in if you are happy".

Paul came across as a very experienced guy in the Diamond world. He was very helpful and patient with my endless questions. His suggestions and advice for someone who has limited knowledge in this field, proved invaluable to me and put me at ease that i was choosing the right product. His company is competitively priced which in turn led to an easy purchasing experience.

I had the best experience with quality diamond. I had an initial idea from a rough design and the team managed to capture my vision and bring it to life. My design was one of a kind and they captured it perfectly. The communication with the team was great and clear. Over all I am beyond satisfied with the service.

I completed the entire process online - but Daniel was absolutely fantastic. He answered every question, guided me through the process, and gave recommendations were needed. At no point did I feel like I was being pressured into buying anything, which was particularly nice given the product.

Whilst Daniel was away, Amber was also very helpful and answered emails extremely quickly.

The ring was exactly as described and the entire experience was excellent - 10/10 to QualityDiamonds and to Daniel!
