I needed an engagement ring within a week and Daniel from Quality diamonds managed to build the ring I wanted on such short notice!
Amazing experience I would recommend Quality diamonds all day long

Daniel knew every answer to every question I had... and then some! I assumed going engagement ring shopping would be daunting and extremely complicated with all the possible options available, however, my experience with him was the opposite - very easy, reassuring and Daniel offered impartial advice.

The process was swift, easy and I didn't feel pressured at all to buying something I didn't want. The price was very reasonable and he gave me enough time to think it over.

I'm coming back to order some wedding bands :)

Over the years, we have bought a few pieces from Paul, to include my engagement ring and my wedding band. To this date every time, I look at my ring., I have a great sense of admiration and appreciation. Paul is knowledgeable, honest, reliable and has a great taste. Great jewellers I would definitely recommend. First met Paul when I was looking around to buy an engagement ring, and he explained everything clearly to me in my appointment making me feel comfortable with the whole process.

After another couple of visits with both Paul and Daniel I got the ring I wanted and at good value so couldn’t be happier.

My Mum also needed a ring sorted which I didn’t hesitate to recommend Paul/Daniel which they have sorted quickly and with excellent end result.

Will go back soon to sort out wedding rings and would happily recommend to anyone or go back myself if I needed more jewellery.

Bought an engagement ring from Quality Diamonds, excellent website where you can see the diamonds before purchasing.

The diamond I selected ended up being unavailable, and I was promptly emailed and they sourced me a new, higher quality diamond whilst honouring the original price.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Quality Diamonds. They provide excellent after purchase support and I will continue to use Quality Diamonds for all future diamond/jewellery purchases in the future.

Such a lovely experience.I visited the Hatton Garden shop and Paul took me through on a crash course on what to look for in diamonds. He also helped me decide and select what diamond and ring would be best suited by asking questions about my partner resulting in a ring that my now fiancée fell in love with. He managed to get this all done within 10 days. I felt really comfortable and at ease, a perfect experience and great value, I’m going back for the wedding rings. 👍
