From start to finish, firstly when I started the query, everything was thoroughly explained, and believe me I called everytime I had a question, deposit was paid and a date was given, I was contacted through each step, the big day arrived and at 7.30am 2 men knocked the door, and started work, polite, very professional and within 3 and a half hours, had not only completed the 22'x12' summerhouse but had cleaned up and were ready to see if I was satisfied with their work, I can honestly say it's better than I expected, if I am asked for recommendations I will definitely say quality garden buildings are worth choosing, incase its not clear I am 100% happy with my summerhouse 😁

The Garden Summer House/Shed isn't a premium item but it's not the worst either, I had a look at a few before choosing one from Quality Garden Buildings Ltd and some were terrible and/or much more expensive. The wood used is pretty good although the preparation isn't great with a lot of sharp edges, splinters sticking out and a lot of split wood sections used. There are large 4 inch gaps where the roof meets the building which the fitter told me they leave for ventilation, in reality if it's windy; it blows an absolute gale through them and isn't pleasant. Mine came with a dividing wall between the main Summer House section and the Shed section but it was fitted in a position that left a 6 inch gap at the top so didn't really divide off one section from the other completely. The windows are fitted with no attempt to seal them so when it rains it will run straight down the back of the glass and inside, I chose the standard doors as they looked OK in the advertising pictures; but had I have known just how basic the std doors were I would have chosen the next level up doors. The standard doors are nothing more than a flimsy wooden gate with no chance of making them secure; and when the double doors are closed there is a half inch gap between them in the centre; so again if it rains on them there will be water ingress into the Summer house. The worst part that really put a downer on the experience was that they drove their van into the corner of my bungalow putting a large scrape/gouge mark on my upvc facia and said nothing, luckily I have CCTV and was able to confirm it was them. A reasonable building, there are better ones out there for the money but they are DIY, the main thing that attracted me to this company is that delivery and erection are included in the price.

We recently purchased a shed from this company and overall had a really positive experience. From the start, their communication was clear, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process straightforward.

After installation, we did run into a few minor issues, but to their credit, they handled it exactly how you’d hope. They came back promptly and sorted everything without any hassle, which shows they stand by their work and care about customer satisfaction.

It’s easy for things to go smoothly when everything is perfect, but what stood out here was how they dealt with problems — quickly, professionally, and without excuses. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Linzi and the team all made every stage from ordering to installing an easy and stress-free process. My summerhouse exceeds my expectations and I'm looking forward to spending many happy hours in it. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you all very much.

Very professional business from start of enquiry into pent summerhouse and installation. Everything was explained thoroughly and fast response to any questions in regards to upgrades and time frames. The company installed and delivered within a month. Excellent team that installed my summerhouse to an extremely high standard. Would recommend this company highly.

What a great team at quality garden building from the order process to the installation .

Pre order great advice on what you need it’s all out on paper and then you decide what size and configuration you need pay your deposit and even then you can still make changes

Linzi was the one who l made most contact with and she sorted everything out ,the lead time was pretty accurate then a day for installation was agreed

Jack and Adrian were the installation experts arrived very nice guys to get on with and the fitting was fantastic very efficient and few hours later complete and done

The whole experience dealing with Quality garden buildings was 100% and value for money

5 star service! Everything from initial contact/quote to installation was handled promptly and courteously. The whole process took approximately 4 weeks, partly due to a cancellation that allowed my installation to be brought forward. The installation team were at my house very early and had the building up in less than 4 hours. Highly recommend this company.

The experience from beginning to end was seamless. So impressed by this company. Linzi in the office is very efficient and the boys put our summerhouse up in 3 hours it was amazing. They were very respectful and professional and the quality of the building is fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Great service from start to finish, ordered in december and took about 5-6 weeks to arrive due to Christmas. They rang week before to confirm design.
On the day the installers were prompt. Gail force wins and torrential rain didnt stop then working gaps in the weather! It flew up in 3 hours, couldnt believe how easy and quick it was.
Finally got a call from Linzi afterwards to confirm all was good- cannot fault- Thanks for my mancave!! Would 100% recommend over others

I was so pleased with the 20ft by 13ft cabin I had built ! From the off I thought it would be a task and half but nope ! A lady called Linzi from the beginning of myself enquiring wasn’t pushy explained everything even said just call me or message anytime all through the process ! The delivery date was as said 8 to 10 weeks it was approx 7 and the lads that installed the cabin were great polite efficient and exact in what they’ve done I really was so pleased I can’t say it enough I love it

The shed is our new tea shed for our allotment.Everything went well. Arrived on time. Quickly erected. Left site clean and tidy.
Looking forward to using it as a shelter in bad weather. All the plot holders are very happy to have somewhere to meet

Really pleased with my shed that was installed this morning , the men arrived on time and were very friendly. They were very thorough in explaining any queries I had .
The quality of the building is very good and the finish is perfect.

Excellent company. Excellent quality buildings. Excellent workmen who installed our building. Couldn't find one fault with these guys. They go above and beyond for their customers. We bought a 14 x 10 Summerhouse combi shed and its perfect and really well made.

What can I say ! From the very first contact made with Linzi to the final installation by the two gents who delivered by building everything was handled really well.
We were kept up to date with everything we were able to pay the way we wanted to (some cash some card)
We were consulted with where we wanted the building with the base down so we could see exactly where it would be. And the guys built it in no time.
We had time to look it over to make sure we were happy which we were.
Linzi has been a star the whole way through keeping us up to date sending the building image of what we had ordered and giving us a build date etc always on hand if needed.
I cannot rate quality garden buildings enough
