I purchased an embosser from Press and Pine a subsidiary of this company. The embosser is of poor quality and does not work efficiently. I sent a request for refund and was denied. In the denial reason, the company stated and I quote "nice try". How unprofessional and rude. I will never purchase anything from them and advise anyone to please be cautious. BUYER BEWARR OF THIS COMPANY!.

Promised much, delivered little. Their proposals and statements of work made a lot of noise about quality ie. the quality of their qualification process. Some of the meetings we had were very badly qualified and bordered on comedy. They charge premium price for a premium service but frankly we have had much better results from low cost standard telemarketing services. Wouldn't sign their standard contract and certainly wouldn't engage with them again.

Terrible experience of having trusted this company in generating demand for attendance at an event. The project manager ended up being a gap year student. Despite the large amount of money paid, we ended up with zero attendance being generated by this agency. The case ended up in court . Whereas a financial settlement had to be reached with the court, the lesson learned is to always check the exact wording of the contract you are asked to sign, and insist on the removal of any clauses you don't agree with. Their "get out clause" was that results are not "guaranteed" which essentially means that they can do a really bad job without suffering the consequences if you decide to go to court. I would advise that you look at their employee reviews on GlassDoor prior to making any decision as these are particularly revealing of their attitude and approach towards business.
