They buy the MAP file for 25gbp from other companies and say they do the work, do not trust them with your car.

claim to be "IMI" certified but cannot provide membership number *plus* they cannot be found on the IMI registry.....

very suspect, wouldnt let them near any piece of equipment.

i have faced many issues with quantum people
first their 30 day period is a big lie it should start from the date of install so that what ever problems are there can be rectified afterwords but this 30 day period will start whenever they want even before tune installation .
second they dont do proper tune i have faced issue with egr delete they said its deleted but when i data loged my car i found egr was on n working when i told them this instead of rectifying the problem they said its ok keep it on . they lie on your face they take your money n wont deliver n afterwords wont reply to you aswell.
so indin people i strongly suggest stay away from quantum they are frauds.

Have now emailed / contacted 3 supplies for this company, not one had the decency to reply. They are only after "easy" money making jobs by the looks of it.

I live in southwest Cornwall (Falmouth) and tuners are far and few between so I phoned Quantum head office to find someone near to me, the suggested Josh @ Quantum Tuning Mid Cornwall ! My car, an Audi B7 A4 with BRD 170 engine, needed a couple of things doing as it was getting difficult for it to breath done my mods I wanted and whilst in there he done a Blue tune for me! The car now is running very clean, no black or blue smoke, starting better and can hardly smell the exhaust along with quieter idling and better fuel economy. Josh took great care in explaining things to me and telling me what to expect. The car is more enjoyable to drive overall now… the whole job took 20 mins or so and we went together on test drive to check all was well.
I recommend Josh highly, professional an took great care.

Had my Adria Fiat Ducato Motorhome tuned 2.3 130bhp in April, waited till i had driven on a small european tour 2000 miles before leaving a review. having only used it in the UK on standard 130bhp I thought it a bit underpowered on some gradients in the SW i had travelled. As the Europe tour included Germany and especially Switzerland i felt it needed more than the standard had to offer so went up to 160bhp with the Quantum tuning done at Middlewich base. The actual tuning was quite quick and only waited less than an hour in the waiting room and then given the ok for a test run after checks had been completed. On the local test run it was hard to tell but I did feel it was quicker off the mark than normal. So happy with the service and interaction with the guys at Demon Performance Centre, Middlewich, Cheshire. The MH remap worked a treat in Europe tour, i could instantly tell on the gradients i was still in 5 and 6th easily whereas before i was busy going through the gears to maintain a reasonable speed, as for mpg i did not really notice any major impact, possibly 1-2mpg more but the reduction in gear changes was worth it and the extra torque. I. recommend using the lads at Quantum in Middlewich.

Sent an email enquiry, 3mth later still no reply. Sets out type of people and experience you'll be dealing with.
I called, asked about my type of jet bike engine if they could remap, they didn't know, Great Experience Ha ha, never got back to me.
Definitely fake 5 star reviews but certainly correct 1 star reviews.
Shouldn't be in business. Total Amatures.
Wouldn't trust them near my engine.
Called a recommended dealer, answered questions and done the job within 48hrs.

John succeeded where others failed. Absolute pleasure to deal with, arrived exactly on time, talked me through the whole process which was quick and efficient. Really nice chap and knows his stuff.

Sanal is an excellent technician. He guided through the procedure and gave a clear picture how he will be doing the tuning. My Chevrolet beat diesel had EGR problems as well as unresolved DTC popping up every now and then for unknown reason (despite replacing all sensors, turbo hoses, EGR Valve replacements, blanking etc...)
Got blue tune along with EGR OFF & DTC Removal done. Now car performs excellent. Turbo is more responsive as well. Great job and very satisfied with the tuning services offered.
My car got a certificate as well which showed original bhp vs tuned bhp. All I can say is the numbers shown in certificate really feels real while driving it.

REALLY impressed with the change in performance of my 2018 Kodiaq after the upgrade by Sean at Auto-installs in Edinburgh.
It is like a different car. Smoother to drive, DSG box now changes gear at sensible points, Torque change from 320 to 400 Nm but also comes in at lower revs and HUGE increase in power from 177 to 260 BHP. Happy to recommend both Sean and Quantum.

Appointment was simple and easy to book, service was professional and knowledgeable.
I would recommend them to anyone who wants optimal performance from their car.

The team is always responsive to our requests and prompt to have our requested files returned to us. Being in NZ the time difference can be a problem at times.
Would be great to have an option to send up an ORI file to check if a remap file is already available like some of the other tuning companies... Nothing worse than waiting for QFod only see it sent for manual remapping, our 12 hour time difference makes planning rather difficult when this happens on a tuning trip.

Awful customer service, no point trying to ring them as I have tried on several occasions. You will get an answerphone and the a voice telling you there is no one to take your call.

Quantum made my car feel so much better to drive, very professional service and I will definitely be using them again for future vehicles.
